Très déçus de notre séjour dans cet établissement. Quatre chambres de plusieurs personnes pour une seule salle de bain et un seul wc, dans la salle de bain… situation très inconfortable le matin quand tout le monde veut occuper les lieux. Et sans compter sur l’état de la salle de bain quand vous pouvez enfin l’occuper… Les wc séparés seraient déjà une belle amélioration… De plus les sommiers de lit grincent nous obligeant à mettre les matelas au sol, et l’on entend bien les voisins. Le tout avec une propreté limite. Le logement est bien situé et à tarifs bas mais trop cher pour les prestations.

Endroit difficile à trouver malgré le gps et système de sécurité compliqué, néanmoins l’hôtel est bien situé (15 min à pied de la place Saint Marc) . Concernant la chambre, elle était propre et spacieuse avec un lit confortable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Catastrophique, bcp trop cher pour une colocation : 4 chambres, une salle de douche avec Wc et machines pour linges dont la porte ne ferme plus bien, lieu triste, bruyant, proprete tres limite. A EVITER
