My stay in Venice, Italy was great! The quality of service at this hotel is impressive, the staff are always friendly, friendly and very professional. They are always happy to answer my questions and accommodate my needs in a timely manner.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The heated tower rail was broken in our room making our room very, very hot. We had to have our windows open to cool it down which let mosquitoes in. The cleaners would have seen this as they were cleaning our room but it was not fixed. My fiancé had one drink from the mini bar in the fridge but we were charged for two. When we complained about this, we were given a refund for the one drink we were overcharged for. You can not get a drink in the hotel past 9.30/ 10pm.

El hotel en general está acorde a su categoría. Bien situado, habitación deluxe amplia y limpia.
La parte negativa es que el personal responsable de la recepción tenía poca experiencia en el sector. Por ejemplo la zona de dejar el equipaje estaba a la vista con escasa vigilancia, solo te dan una tarjeta de la habitación que si extravías implica un cargo de 10€ (primera vez que veo algo así), la tasa turística la querían cobrar en efectivo…

Great location. Quiet at night but durning the day we had the first floor room and the kitchen staff sounded like they were in the room. The Shower took a little to figure out but once we did it was fine

O blackout do quarto é péssimo, entra muita claridade no quarto.

Capodanno: accoglienza durante il check-in scarsa, non in linea con le stelle della struttura, con il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, tanto… troppo per quello che abbiamo ricevuto. Abbiamo riscontrato tante mancanze secondo me da attribuire all’incapacità di gestire una struttura di livello alto. Ps: abbiamo speso una cifra, mi aspettavo un servizio una gentilezza maggiore, un’attenzione per il cliente che non c’è stata! Peccato!

Great location. Wait staff were very friendly. House cleaning was just okay. Couldn’t turn AC any lower than 20 Celsius.
