Purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad alloggiare in questa struttura, causa certificato grave motivo di salute di un membro della nostra famiglia invalido. La struttura ha rifiutato qualsiasi cambio di data e le persone preposta hanno solo ribadito la politica dell'hotel, senza mostrare un minimo di sensibilità e di collaborazione. Avevamo prenotato solo una notte, vista l'impossibilità per problemi di salute 2 giorni prima abbiamo contattato la struttura per cercare un'altra data disponibile, una data qualsiasi, ma questa possibilità ci è stata negata e ovviamente hanno trattenuto il prezzo pieno della camera (anche esoso oserei dire!). Penso sia giusto riportare questa recensione.

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with premium offerings. The staff are super-friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but comfy, and 2 restaurants outside the courtyard act as an almost extension of the hotel. A hidden gem!

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo lo scorso weekend per festeggiare il mio compleanno!!! Direi che la posizione è ottima..praticamente attaccati a piazza San Marco… Staff molto gentile e cordiale!! Sempre a disposizione!!! Colazione nella norma..con abbastanza scelta..sia dolce che salata!!! Camere wow…piccole ma con una doccia immensa…molto carine e confortevoli! Che dire..lo consiglio! ☺️

Este hotel no tiene ascensor y las habitaciones son pequeñas. El baño aunque es completo, tiene el problema de ser muy estrecho y para entrar en la bañera tienes que tener cuidado por estar muy alta su entrada. Al salir cuidado con los resbalones. Hotel muy tranquilo por la zona y muy limpio. El l bufet muy básico para los hoteles que tenemos en Europa.
