Very convenient location, Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop is right outside. Hotel is walking distance to Piazza San Marco. Staff is friendly and helpful.

首次在威尼斯旅遊，對於酒店非常期待～
這間酒店非常近水上巴士站，在火車總站，乘搭1號水上巴士，下船後只有1分鐘距離就到酒店。推薦根據旅行日數買日票就可以自由乘搭。
酒店雖然是次安排並沒有河景，但職員都安排了有少少露台的房間。非常感謝他們因為是次度蜜月刻意安排小佈置房間。而且送上一支酒以示祝福。酒店前台職員非常友善，把周圍的景點介紹得清楚，而且並建議旅遊路線及推薦值得去的景點。
雖然酒店房間燈光相對暗一點，但服務一流！每次出外回到酒店房，職員都把房間清潔好、就連衣服都幫忙摺好！這個服務尤其驚喜。
總括而言，這一間酒店我也非常推薦，因為交通非常方便，而且也算是各景點的中間站。

I totally do not recommend this hotel. The hotel displays as 4 stars hotel but he does not meet the standards!
bad smell, musty smell and neglected.
All the photos in the website are fake -
I compared it with other 4 stars hotels in the same area and it is not And it doesn't come close to their level.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. We had a late arrival and we arranged for our luggage we stored at airport coordinate and deliver to the hotel. Love it was on Grand canal and easy water taxi access.

Really lovely room in amazing location, but didn't sleep while I was staying at this hotel. The room was 27 degrees. We told the staff, but they didn't do anything about it.
