If it weren't for the elevator, or rather the non-elevator, it would be a good option. We stayed three days, and when we arrived they told us that just that afternoon the elevator had broken (that's bad luck). Our room, on the equivalent of a fourth floor, was very uncomfortable every time we got to the hotel, after all the fatigue, going back up some stairs that are also very, very deteriorated and unsafe. I am certain, but with zero evidence, that the elevator is not enabled by the hotel during the low season. And it is an essential service, in addition to the transfer of suitcases.

La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de San Marcos. Habitación de dimensiones buenas.. Cama cómoda, tanto colchón como almohadas. Desayuno correcto, bastante variado, pero como es natural, siempre lo mismo. Atención buena, procurando agradar siempre.

How to get into the hotel? Everything in Venecia is quiet difficult to get by with suitcases. You can choose taking the AliLaguna as it is the most convenient. The location of the hotel was quiet central inside Venecia. Really close to the Main Piazza.
Room was nicely decorated (Venecian style) but it was quiet small maybe it was the one I booked. Because everything is Venecia there are lots of businesses around. It can be quiet loud at night and early in the morning.
Continental Breakfast was good, lots of yummy food to choose from.
I like that we could pay for the city tax by card. You don't have to think about having cash at all with you.

Sono stata con mio marito e i mieri genitori per festeggiare il lo 50esimo anniversario. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, colazione offre sia dolce che salato. Camere pulite. In occasione dell'anniversaro hanno fatto trovare un biglietto e una scatolad i biscotti..veramente carini!.Lo consiglio

We had a great 4 night stay here, on a room only basis. The hotel is spotless and as others have said the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small, but fine for a short stay. The real plus point of the hotel is it's location. It so central to the sights and its on a nice little alley with lovely ice cream places, cafes and restaurants. A couple of minutes in one direction and you're in San Marco and Rialto if you walk the other way. There's a nice little bacaro towards San Marco. We got to the hotel easily using the alilaguna ferry, which was 15 euros to Rialto. We absolutely loved Venice and if we were to visit again, we'd happily stay here again.

L’hôtel est très bien placé (a 5 mns du pont Rialto à droite et 5 mns de la place St Marco à gauche). Personnel très compétent, petit déjeuner simple et efficace. La chambre très propre et spacieuse dans le style kitsch. Seul bémol, très bruyant car l’hôtel donne sur une rue passante. Mal isolé, on entend les voisins dans la chambre à côté comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre (se munir de boules quies).
