I was pleasantly surprised. Was a bit nervous but it was nicer than the pictures online. It’s a no frills type of place but very centrally located, clean and staff was great. Would definitely recommend if you are on a budget.

Good distance to train station, main sightseeing locations. But the facility is old, entrance doors and shower door need be repaired.

Emplacement idéal proche des restaurants mais un peu l'écart de la foule, ce qui est un luxe a Venise. L'hébergement est propre, mais le confort est basique. En cela, le rapport qualité/prix est moyen. On paie surtout l'emplacement... L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel serviable.

First time I see service desk closes at 5 pm should be 24/7 very uncomfortable small 2 matters bed keeps sliding to sides toilet tank was leaking water all day and disturbing your sleep room service just fixed the sheets but didn’t replace the towels phone in the room is just for show AC wasn’t working and there was no one to ask how you couldn’t open windows then you had mosquitos coming in so it was very tiring 2 nights

Il posto è molto tranquillo e situato in una incantevole Cannareggio piacevolissima scoperta. La struttura è un po’ datata e spartana, ma pulita e dignitosa vicino la stazione e ad una ventina di minuti dal caoticissimo centro. I gestori molto gentili e molto disponibili.

Very quiet place with great service. Rooms have view on a beautiful garden, without any noise. And there are great restaurants and bars just next door. Less than 15 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Check location of "Antica Raffineria" on Google maps because it's not accurate on ********** webpage.

Spazio un po' ridotto, la zona colazione era molto spoglia. Hanno pulito in camera e non hanno toccato nessun oggetto perianale. Il letto é nella media e il condizionatore é molto apprezzato. Una lecca é che sentono le voci delle persone di anche 2 piani superiori ma tutto ciò rispecchia il prezzo basso.

Vicino alla stazione ma senza il caos che caratterizza Venezia. Si trova all'interno di un cortile tranquillo. Stanza pulita e molto calda. Il signore della reception è stato molto cordiale e gentile, dandoci la Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out per qualche ora.
