Location was great. Just be mindful that certain rooms are located slightly different than where the main building is (2 mins away). Additionally, the hotel does not provide toothbrush and tooth paste.

The room was very small for 2 people. But it was very modern and clean and luxurious.

We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages. Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast.

The location was more than perfect! They have really nice mini bar and it was all free !

Super comfortable and nice design room! Surprised with the complimentary minibar and daily room cleaning service 👍🏻👍🏻 Tidy and clean, with heater. I loved it❤️

What can I say this hotel is just stunning in the perfect location, room was cleaned every day fresh towels mini bar refilled every morning. The room was perfect in every way, I could not fault this hotel in anyway. It’s the most comfortable stunning place thank you for our perfect stay in Venice.

Nice Hotel

Facilities: The facilities are very good, and all drinks are free. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: There is a small balcony, there are windows around the bed, and the light is good during the day. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, but the small alley after getting off the boat is narrow, so you may need to pay attention if you have a lot of luggage. Service: The front desk service is good. We arrived late at night and there was no one at the hotel front desk. After calling the front desk number, a staff member came to help us check in soon.

The hotel has no sign, the staff left work very early, there was no breakfast, and there was no service at all.

It was very clean and I would like to use it again if I have the chance next time. Since the check-in time was late, I checked in at another place and then headed to the hotel, but the person who helped me was very kind and helped me carry my luggage.

Very beautiful and clean hotel, Such a wonderful welcome, thank you! But I took this hotel to be next to the canal but unfortunately we were placed in Palazzo Pianca (house 3) so a little further away, it's a real shame if I would have known I would have taken another hotel .

The accommodation is spacious and clean. Close to San Marco Square, easy to access.
