Good location though front desk closes around 9pm. Boiler was rather dirty though.

ホテルのフロントにたどり着くまですこし迷いました。時間外のチェックインでしたが丁寧に対応して下さり、部屋もとても綺麗でした。

I sometimes don't understand what other people experience to write their reviews, because it has good reviews, but what I found was a much-lower than average hotel experience; let me explain why: first, it smells really hard to chemical desinfectants; second, the staff is not helpful nor friendly at all (to the point they didn't even provided me with a legal tax invoice for my stay, which is illegal); third, the breakfast is dry (croissants and bread) with bad coffee and short (even thought the waiter was the only friendly member of the staff); and fourth, it's not properly isolated and you can hear even the breadth of your neighbouring guests (luckily they didn't snore!), So be ready to not sleep properly if you're not lucky. The location is good but, believe me, I have been many times in Venice and there are many better places for the same price (and cheaper). Don't be fooled!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location was fantastic and my room was great. It was larger than expected. The waiter I had at breakfast was very friendly and attentive. I wish I could remember his name. I will definitely stay there again

Hotel di dimensioni contenute con 12 stanze situato in una bella location, il palazzo affaccia sul canal Grande e dalla sala colazione si ha una magnifica vista. Diverse tipologie di stanze, la nostra non aveva il bidet. Arredamento decente e piacevole. Riscaldamento funzionante, TV in camera. Per colazione viene richiesto dalla reception di compilare entro il pomeriggio una lista delle cose che si vogliono, scegliendo da un menù quindi NON C'È colazione a buffet. La qualità del cibo è nella media, buon cappuccino. Nel complesso va bene ed era tra i più economici in quel periodo. Se volete più servizi non lo consiglio

Il Bed & Breakfast si trova sulla via principale che unisce la Stazione Santa Lucia al Ponte di Rialto. È situato al terzo piano di un antico palazzo sul Canal Grande ed infatti, dalla sala colazione, si gode una magnifica vista sul Canale con scorcio del Ponte di Rialto. Le camere sono 6 ( o forse 8) . La nostra era confortevole, calda e pulita, con bagno, TV e bollitore per tè e caffè. All'accoglienza ci hanno chiesto di prenotare quello che volevamo per la colazione credo per potersi organizzare meglio dal momento che, essendo il week-end del 1 Novembre,le camere erano tutte occupate. Ottima esperienza ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
