Parabéns ao estabelecimento, atendimento super atencioso da Claudia ao chegarmos para o check in, inclusive falando em Português. Nos ofereceu uma opção de “up grade” de acomodação, mostrou os caminhos em Veneza. Mais do que recomendado.

Loved the place. They were so communicative and helpful from pre arrival to check out. My wife and I received the free upgrade with the room decorated upon our arrival. A lot of the places in Venice are older , cramped up properties. Palazzo Veneziano was the complete opposite. Very newly furnished or built, VIP amenities and look. My wife and I loved to sit in our canal view room to have a quiet meal and drink as it was enjoyable and peaceful. Very convenient location to the public water taxi. Probably a minute walk .
I recommend this to anybody coming to Venice and make your stay in this city even more beautiful!

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable bed to sleep. Bathrooms and showers were modern with plenty of space. We were fortunate to have our room upgraded and it included a spa. Anna at front desk is wonderful, pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful. Morning breakfast has plenty of options and worth the price.

Room was OK but felt a bit cramped as the windows were just facing a wall in an alley, also it felt quite small for 3 people, although it was supposed to be a family room.

The Palazzo Veneziano at Venice has a Hugh Problem with their room categorie of junior suites. There are Junior Suites on the 4th floor and on the 1st floor. Both the Same Price. We asked 3 weeks in advance for a room at the 4th floor. What we got. was a room badly situated on the 1st floor. This is highly unfair, as i paid exactly the same price like other people who did get a junior suite on the 4th floor. I was pretty much complaining, but no efforts were made my the front desk, to enhance the situation. The hotel as such is quite pleasant, breakfast excellent, location very good, nearby vaporetto Station, 20 Minuten walking distance to the Center
