Cari utenti, non posso lasciare una recensione negativa per questa struttura. Infatti, si trova in una zona effettivamente strategica e centrale di Venezia. A pochi passi dai negozi, locali per cenare o pranzare e visitare. Pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco. Logisticamente utile anche per le fermate dei vaporetti. La stanza era carina (piccola ma funzionale) con affaccio al canale (molto suggestivo). Purtroppo ho trovato sconveniente la colazione poiché il caffè era solo erogato da un distributore automatico e non fatto con la macchinetta espressa del bar. In compenso ho apprezzato l'idea di scegliere cosa preparare per evitare sprechi. In definitiva, considerati i costi alti di Venezia, non posso lamentarmi ma inciterei la struttura a fare sempre meglio :)

Me alojé en abril de 2024 en familia. Muy buen hotel. Las habitaciones agradables, el desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable y atento, todo muy limpio, sábanas y toallas impecables. Muy buena ubicación zona tranquila pero a unos pazos de la calle principal. Recomiendo 100 %

The hotel was clean, room and bathroom were a good size. Fridge, toiletries, wardrobe all in the room. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal outside noise. Breakfast was good - a continental selection with hot food available to order (ham, cheese, pancakes, bacon, toast). Staff were friendly. The hotel is slightly out of the centre, around a 15 minute walk from St Marks square, same for the train/bus station. There are restaurants located very close to the hotel. The main area of Venice begins within a 5 minute walk. Very safe area, no issues walking back at night. Slight problem with the shower not staying hot, but this was fixed after speaking to reception a couple of times. Make sure to make a note of the code for the main door if staying in the other building as reception is not manned 24 hours and we were waiting to collect our bags for a while as we did not know about the code! Overall a good stay that fit in with our budget, as this was cheaper than most other hotels in Venice (which, to be expected, charge very high prices).

This hotel is a beautiful gem in Cannaregio. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Amazing beds and a quiet room. The breakfast is delicious. Lots of choice and fresh options available. Great location , 20 mins or so to San Marco Piazza. Many local restaurants and bars on the local canals

We stayed for 4 days in the apar**ent. Apart from a slightly ugly entrance, the apar**ent is spacious, overlooking the canal with a small terrace. Very comfortable bed. Spacious living area. If you wanted you could also organize yourself to cook. Perfect location for visiting the historic center. Very honest price. Recommended for our experience

La camera è molto bella e confortevole, servizio pulizie e cambio asciugamani ogni mattina. Zona tranquilla e fornita di nunerosi locali dove mangiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Tuttavia...una grossa pecca: non è affatto pulita (capelli e peli vari sulle lenzuola, polvere sui mobili, e moltissima polvere sui pavimenti, soprattutto sotto al letto).
