The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very clean and the bathroom is renovated.
I will stay at the same hotel on my next trip to Venice.

They do not clean the room, and when they do it very very poorly, they say that it is not a hotel.......it is a hostel at a good hotel price.........absolutely recommendable, the worst thing was the lack of cleaning of the room

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte in questo hotel...anzi, affittacamere ( come abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo, chiaramente dopo aver prenotato)...ma sarebbe stato il meno... La foto del palazzo ci ha illuso...vista sul canale...forse! In realtà, la nostra camera (numero 3 ) come dimensioni non era tanto deluxe...ma pazienza! Il terzo letto non ci serviva, per fortuna Forse ci abbiamo appoggiato sopra il nostro piccolo trolley ( era quel futon sotto la finestra?) A proposito della finestra...la vista del muro di fronte è da considerare "Vista luogo di interesse" o "vista città "? Avreste dovuto aggiungere " vista muro scrostato a 1 metro di distanza"! Il tutto alla " modica" ( per qualcuno, magari) cifra di 219,50 €, comprensive (per fortuna) di tassa di soggiorno che però ci è stata richiesta di nuovo in contanti alla reception tecnologicamente avanzata...ma certo per 8 euro non avremmo fatto problemi! Quello che disturba sono le "esche" a cui abbiamo abboccato, ma capita una volta sola, questo è sicuro! Venezia è una bella città, con tante possibilità di alloggio...così si perdono futuri clienti!

Lovely room, very good bed, great shower. Walking distance to everything including St. Mark’s Square (6 minutes) and water bus at Rialto (9 minutes). Christine at checkin especially helpful and welcoming. Demonstrated the room’s features. Loaner umbrella welcome during the only rain we had.

We loved the elaborate vibe of the room and the size. The light fixtures were not clean and the shower wasn’t super easy to use but the view was amazing and what ended up being our favorite restaurant was at the end of the street.
