The location is excellent not far from vaporetto station and bus A takes you there of you do not prefer walking. The view from blue lagoon apartment is wonderful. You could stare the sunset every evening. Beds are nice but the pillows very flat. The apartment was advertised having air conditioning but there was only a heat pump in the hall and fans in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the heat pump did not work and the apartment was getting quite hot. Window shutters helped a bit but they do not cool the air.

Siamo tornati qui dopo un anno e confermiamo tutto quanto di buono scritto nella scorsa recensione. Suite sul tetto con terrazza...superlativa👍 In più è stata rifatta la doccia, con una più confortevole e cambiato il letto. Quindi se già prima la camera era il Top, ora siamo ancora più alti di livello. La terrazza poi vista Venezia e tramonto vale da sola il prezzo pagato. Roberto è un ottimo padrone di casa, sempre gentile e disposto a scambiare quattro chiacchiere. Grazie di cuore...torneremo.

Una vera oasi di pace al centro del Lido Venezia, a poche centinaia di metri dall'attracco del vaporetto; in particolare la camera dell'ultimo piano offre una vista spettacolare a 360 gradi; la struttura è molto pulita e silenziosa ed il personale attento alla privacy dei clienti.

Stiamo soggiornando nella Roof Top Suite sul tetto dell'Hotel. Completamente in legno in stile marinaro e con tutti gli arredi come su una nave. Davvero stupendo e con vista su Venezia impagabile. Posizionato in direzione del tramonto e si riesce a vedere il Campanile di san Marco. La camera presenta un letto comodissimo ed una zona giorno con divano e tavolo da pranzo. Bagno ampio con doccia ed una terrazza molto grande equipaggiata con un tavolo ed un comodo lettino per prendere il sole, ammirare il panorama e godersi il tramonto sulla laguna. Roberto, il proprietario è molto cordiale e ti mette subito a tuo agio. Prezzo buonissimo per un sogno che non ha prezzo.
