Great service

I stayed here with my fiance 8/21-8/23. This was my first hotel stay during the pandemic. Pros: Location is good, about a block from the boardwalk/ocean in a non-busy area and close walk to Tropicana. Room has good Flat screen tv. Overall the room seemed pretty clean. Pillows very comfortable A+. Cons: Towels (mainly hand towels looked and felt very old and were discolored which was not comforting). No breakfast is served right now which was disappointing, but understandable I guess. I had to directly ask about the breakfast not being served vs being told about it at check-in. We were also not given the correct wifi password on key card holder, but later we were able to ask front desk the next day and get correct password. The outside of hotel is not very clean. The bed slightly firm for our taste. The Pepsi machines around property do NOT work but there is a convenience store across the street. Your room neighbors can also make or break your stay as walls are thin. Parking is $10 extra just fyi.

I was SO surprised by the cleanliness and updated decor of the room.Even the smoking room is clean and no odor.Super friendly staff- the electric outlets by the bed arent working, but when I told the front desk, they were so wonderful.We came to AC for a 3 day mini-vacation and decided to spend a little less on hotels so we could budget more for shopping and food. And where ready for a scary dirty smelling room- we even brought our own bedding and cleaning supplies if needed, but the room was spotless, freshly cleaned and they even had the AC on so the room was cool and comfortable right away.Location is perfect-steps away from the boardwalk. Central to the beach and shops. Perfect for dropping off purchases throughout the day. And the king bed is firm but so comfortable. My partner has really bad insomnia, but he slept like a baby. Even being right on the main road, we barely heard any street or pedestrian noise. Is the room perfect? No. There are a few minor cosmetic problems that could be fixed. But, for 60$ a night, right on the beach,I am extremely pleased. I am so glad that I didn't listen to all of the bad reviews because this place is wonderful. And I am already planning to stay here again! I would suggest bringing your own comforter if you like heavy blankets to sleep. And maybe a coffee maker (as there isnt one in our room-which is okay because we dont drink coffee). But honestly, if you want something close to the beach and shopping without breaking the bank, this is a great place.

This hotel is not cheap, but there is no elevator, and the room structure is very old-fashioned, the facilities are old, the air conditioning is too loud, the breakfast is too small, and there is basically nothing to eat. Considering the external environment of Atlantic City, living here feels particularly insecure. The only good thing is that it is close to the beach, and the service staff is very good. There is a young girl who also helped to carry a heavy luggage to the third floor. Thank you very much!

Well even though i always request a ocean front room or atleast ocean view i never really get that. This time was even worse the view of the parking lot where there were people doing donuts & revving the engines extra loud taking videos or something at like 3am…. i swear the gentleman checking us in purposely gives you crappy views especially when I’m right in front of him asking for a nice room we’re here celebrating & clearly they don’t care. He’s checked me in before & also gave me a room with no view… The rooms are mediocre at best the hallways are musty & smell like cigarettes. Make sure you bring your allergy meds the amount of dust on the ceiling from the air/heat vent will def set you off!! We clearly stay there for the restaurants & atmosphere Other then that enjoy!!
