Above average on the staff - very friendly and attentive. Great location - right on the harbor with easy access to downtown Ventura and the 101. Rooms was very clean. Loved the corner suite with very nice views of the harbor. Price to value was good. Typical high-carb breakfast - but that's to be expected. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view with excellent walking paths, convenience store 3-10 min walk ( depends on how fast you walk ) fresh smelling room with a nice breakfast served in the morning, the office staff and especially the ladies in the kitchen were all very nice and friendly.

The front desk was very accommodating when I came to check in. I stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beyond what I was expecting. It’s a great location because you’re right next to the 101 freeway and you’re also able to get to Port Hueneme and the PCH easily from here.

I reserved a patio room for 6 nights and checked in at 11:30 pm. Attendant said I was given one room but switched it because the key she had given me actually went to another room that was already occupied. The room had a patio with 2 chairs but it was completely walled in with no view. That felt very cave like and the worst part was a prior guest had been smoking out there and left cigaret buts. House keeping clearly never looks outside at the patio because this was in plain sight. ( this is suppose to be a non smoking property) The room itself had a stain in the carpet and pieces of food that were never vacuumed up. I think management needs to review the cleaning procedures and do a walk through to improve these basic issues.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Only complaint i would have if anyone wanted one is that we were so far from the front desk which is where the breakfast area is. We would have to drive our car to the front area get breakfast put it in the car and drive back to our building to eat in our room which is what my husband and i like to do. But its not a deal breaker on coming back
