Booked 2 rooms for our family of 4. 1 room was accidently given to someone else and had to wait an hour before the room was ready to occupy. TV didn't work but desk guy was able to fix it. Bathroom door got stuck and husband couldn't get out. Shower faucet loose and looks like will fall off.

Great hotel with a perfect view of the ocean and a vintage feel. The bed was comfortable and the room has all the necessities.

While the rooms and property are dated the location can’t be beat. The price was very reasonable for being right on the beach. There are a variety of restaurants within a block (Thai, sushi, burgers and Italian) that were all decent. The staff was great with directions, additional items and was very friendly.
We were there on the first week in December so no need for air conditioning . There is no air conditioner so I don’t know how the rooms might be in July or August. The rooms all face the ocean (west) so we got beautiful sunsets each evening but they might be beautiful in the summer though the heat might bother some. Our room had a fireplace which I thought was just for ambiance but it can heat the room nicely.
There is a light breakfast provided each morning with coffee, milk, juice, rolls, buns, oa**eal and cereal. Also cofffee and a fridge in the rooms (no microwave).
We plan to return to The Inn on the Beach in 2024. If we check it out in the warmer months I’ll update this review.
