2nd trip here. Hotel staff are fantastic and so welcoming when you return. Weve recommended this hotel to others and they are ever regular goers. Premium drinks great , swin up bar great music , water dance, games and entertainment(although all in Spanish) Staff are great fun. Staff don't know much English so Google translate is your best friend and eventually they remember your order. Amazing pool and lovely hot outdoor jacuzzi. Food is great fresh good variety and hot. Amazing cocktails and good processo and wine and soft drinks , and snacks. Stunning and very clean well maintained grounds. Indoors could be seen as outdated but it is a theme that works. Location on the beach is beautiful. Only downside is not enough staff at reception desk both visits now and it's a nightmare to be served this needs looking into. Otherwise we love this hotel! A very good 4 star.

Conocimos la cadena "Playa Senator" en 2022. En agosto de 2022 lo visitamos por primera vez y hemos de decir que fue un pleno acierto! Tanto el buffet, el bar piscina, el teatro, los juegos para los más pequeños, la animación de las piscinas.. No hay nada en lo que añadir ninguna queja. Reservamos una habitación doble y pensamos que quizás se nos quedaba corto, ya que siempre viajamos 2 adultos, 1 niño ( 8 años ) y un hasta ahora bebé ( 2 años ). Pero nos llevamos una grata sorpresa y la habitación era enorme. Y desde entonces esa es la opción que siempre reservamos. No es la más económica, pero es la mejor para nuestro caso, pero hay 1 habitación aun más economica.

De reciente construcción nada de nada. Es viejo y ademas esta super masificado, con niños corriendo por todas partes y metiendo las manos en la comida. Si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas, este no es tu hotel. Lo único bueno que la playa la tienes al lado.

Hemos pasado unas geniales vacaciones y ya es el quinto año. El personal es super amable en todo momento Las habitaciones están limpias y son muy amplias . También muy recomendable el spa, el bar piscina y la situación del hotel La piscina está muy bien (toboganes) el personal de animación es super amable .. La zona donde esta ubicado es tranquila y con restaurante super chulos. Las instalaciones del hotel muy cuidadas (jardines) Respecto a las comidas y bebidas ,como toda la cadena, siempre mejorable Como aspectos a mejorar, haría especial al TI imperial ya que los snacks no siempre tienen y la bebidas especiales escasas. En cuanto a las habitaciones, los colchones están muy viejos y los armarios siempre tienen alguna balda rota o las puertas no cierran bien. En la zona de bar piscina pocas mesas, pocas sillas, y las que hay son muy viejas (rotas) y como queja importante es que el buffet 10 minutos antes del cierre ya no reponen comida y los que entramos a las 15.50 no tenemos derecho a comer porque ya estan recogiendo, creo que el servicio se tiene que dar a todas las personas que están dentro del restaurante.

Not really our type of hotel, too many people with children. Long queue to check-in, almost one hour. Bar service poor, queues to get served, table service non existent. selection of brandy very poor. On the plus side the staff were all very friendly.

BEWARE - Anyone looking to stay here be very careful when booking. I booked my stay through booking agent stayforlong.com which fraudulently made me two separate room bookings when I only made one and debited me twice taking around £1,400. When booking I only entered my card details once and went through to the confirmation page once. Since trying to get my money back I have contacted the hotel directly and stayforlong.com but no one responds to my emails. I am a single mum who wanted to take my 7 month old baby on a holiday on a limited budget but was in fact charged for two rooms (one room I DID NOT BOOK AND I DONT NOT STAY IN). I am now being ignored. I called when I realized the issue and asked stayforlong.com to rectify this with the hotel and called the hotel but no one confirmed back if the second room was cancelled. I gave more than enough time for the hotel to re-sell this room so I would assume they made double on that room for that week. Terrible service, completely unresponsive, very frustrating and upsetting. No one seems to care about their customer they just want the money. I have been charged £1,400 for one room. I would appreciate it if the hotel to could respond to this review to arrange my refund.

So the hotel was nice but they charged me for two rooms when I only booked one for me and my baby son. They have since ignored me when I have contacted them about this! I booked through stayforlong who are scamming people so really I would expect the hotel to deal with this. I would like them to reply to my emails and then remove stayforlong from allowing people to book their hotel. I have never had such a bad booking experience and now to be ignored is insulting. No regard for their customers!

Estuvimos unos días a últimos de agosto y pensamos que en las cenas aunque los camareros son geniales se matan a trabajar y les falta personal. La variedad de postres es un poco repetitiva.
Aun así al año que viene volveremos unos días más.
Nos gustaría haber disfrutado un poco más de los espectáculos nocturnos con los cinco días no pillamos ningún sitio...el hotel tiene muchísimo espacio...
Repito que volveremos a intentarlo

Un año más hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones en el Hotel Zimbali desde finales de julio hasta el 8 de agosto. El hotel es increíble, su piscina con barra dentro del agua es espectacular, la playa con acceso directo es maravillosa, las habitaciones son más grandes que en otro hoteles de la cadena destacando su limpieza y las vistas desde su terraza…Pero sin duda, una de las cosas que más me gustan es la gente que allí veranea. Grupos de amigos y familias que repiten una y otra vez, donde te encuentras como en casa. Es una apuesta segura!!!
