Playavera
"This hotel has become very reliant on its returning guests and ever explaining attraction to single males. There is no effort or care put in by the staff. We were able to laugh this off, as it was like staying at faulty towers. From a business point of view, I think most returning guest except no money is going to be put into this hotel, but there is no love or staff that care and it really shows. Having spoke with the manger on a previous visit, filling out feedback chatting with other guests the feedback is shared by many. Why doing they act on it or at least make and effort? Due to food ever declining we opted for breakfast only, that’s was too much. Some really bad practice in this hotel. Appalling food offerings, what little there was to chose from they took ages to replenish. Restaurant and kitchen staff more bothered about chit chatting to guests in the middle of the buffet causing food not to be put out but just sit on the trolley going cold. Not to mention obstruction to guests wanting to access the counter. Not enough tables for all guests to eat at, neither plates or glasses, waiting staff screaming orders at each other, across the dining room. 15 min queues for a coffee, which to make matters worse is also the juice queue. Around 10-12 kitten staff and chefs helping their self to breakfast, at around 10am when open to guests till 1030 and already ran out of around 50% of offerings already, this is really unprofessional practice. In any hotel setting. Sink in room going down very slow thought out our visit, and a very damp smell in the bathroom, soaps, tissues and toilet rolls not replenished, found ourselves having to just take them from the cleaners trolley. Overall cleaning was not to the previous standards. Hotel becoming more and more over ran by single men, and some very seedy sights, it’s sold as a naturist hotel is fast becoming anything but."
Hotel Valle del Este
"“If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most disappointing and pathetic experiences we have ever had. We chose to stay at this hotel during our wedding week specifically because we wanted to take a few beautiful photos there after our ceremony and create special memories from one of the most important days of our lives. Instead of kindness or understanding, the staff literally started chasing us out while we were taking photos, treating us as if we were unwanted intruders rather than paying guests who chose this hotel for such a meaningful occasion. The attitude was cold, rude, and completely lacking any basic human decency or professionalism. What hurts the most is that our wedding day mood was completely ruined because of the way we were treated. A hotel is supposed to represent hospitality, but this place clearly has no understanding of what hospitality actually means. The lack of empathy toward newlyweds on their wedding day is honestly shocking and embarrassing. Rather than leaving with beautiful memories, we left feeling upset, disrespected, and humiliated. This hotel turned what should have been a happy and emotional moment into a stressful and bitter experience that we will unfortunately never forget. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to feel welcomed, respected, and treated like a valued guest — stay as far away from this place as possible.”"

"The service was good but it could be better. Although the truth was quite good, I can say we didn't miss anything and it was good. they did very well cleaning and reception service and in general it was good. also the price seemed fair with the service that was given, Thank you."

"We are there at the moment , this is our 8 th year but I would never come again. I admit it’s the Spanish children’s holidays but they are out shouting and playing until 1am , the adults are so loud it’s not acceptable . When we have been before the terrace lights went out at 11/12 not now. The restaurant is so full you have to eat at 8pm or 10pm or forget it, The gourmet restaurant has just opened but when we went to book it was all inclusive only, although we’ve been in before ! There is no working safe in the room all we get is excuse after excuse ! After 8 years of happy holidays it is gutting , I will never come again ! It’s the equivalent of Benidorm and I would never go there ! Just to mention a local Spanish guy asked me why I was here n to go back home ! Just for the record this cost over £2300 for 12 nights ! So think twice"

"The apartment is good, clean, basic and good. The common areas are disgustingly dirty. The elevators (there are 2) have no more dirt, they don't fit, the windows, pool area, etc. are very dirty (the pool as we saw it, we didn't even go down) The staff is super good, that's true, very nice… and the maintenance ... well... conspicuous by its absence, above the attics there are jacuzzis that obviously do not work or are maintained. Summary. For sleeping. take a shower and that would be fine, for more… look for others"
