Personal muy atento y simpático, recalcar el trabajo de Carlos que sin duda estaba pendiente a todos los detalles de los huéspedes. Habitaciones muy amplias y con buena terraza. Servicio de habitaciones muy bueno tambien. En definitiva, un hotel al que volvería sin duda alguna por sus servicios e instalaciones

Yet another lovely stay in this naturist hotel and unfortunately yet another room change. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed and each time there's been cause for me to move. This time it was the roof leaking and room flooding, as was the case previously, but at least the fan blade didn't fall out this time. This all said it has dramatically improved since the last time and it was extraordinary torrential rain and they gave me a room swap within a few hours and luckily the leak didn't touch any of my stuff. As always, the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you apart from a couple of over officiatious lifeguards who stopped textile friends getting into the jacuzzi with costumes on even though some of the antics going on in the jacuzzi where being ignored. Sadly, the actual area seemed a lot quieter than my previous visits but that may be due to it being so early in the season. Overall, if you are going to Vera Playa I would definitely recommend the hotel as I've loved each stay for different reasons.

Hotel lovely very clean food not hot enough have to use the microwave staff are all lovely but there is a lifeguard the oldest and fattest one is so rude he shouts at English children and gets away with it he done this so many times and was reported to management but nothing happened he is a bully and should never work with children. Management stick up for him stating it is a language barrier but wagging fingers in peoples faces is rude and violent in any language he lets the whole hotel down would never book again

This a good hotel with an excellent breakfast and large comfortable rooms and during our stay the staff were exceptional, we left a bag in reception and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to us. I would like to thank them again, especially Zahra, for all their help.

Read some of the varying reviews about this hotel, decided to book all the same. Don’t bother booking on an All Inclusive basis, as you honestly get treated like second class, an inconvenience to the staff. None of them look happy, if you opt to buy your drinks, they will take the spirit bottle to you with a nice mixer..if you are on AI, they come out with a concoction of god knows what with the next from the tap. The hotel itself? Paid for a sea view and balcony, absolute waste of money, we were looking at the back of the hotel for our “Sea view” the balcony? As people have said it is ridiculously small and we couldn’t use it. This hotel backed on to a golf course, it was at the end of the *****, miles away from shops and restaurants. The pool area was shocking, in fact they need to get the green keeping staff from the golf course to cut the grass, what a mess. To sum up, we rarely ever complain about hotels and restaurants, this one was awful. Find somewhere else where they value your custom. We stayed here for a one night stopover as we were driving from Ronda to Denia. We were really pleased with our choice. Carboneras is a small Spanish seaside town, there is an industrial area to the south but don’t let this put you off. The beaches are clean and this hotel is behind a pedestrianised promenade straight onto the beach. We were concerned as our car was full of luggage and initially we were driving round for a few minutes but we found a piece of land right next door to the hotel which felt very safe to leave our car. The only person in the hotel who spoke English worked in the kitchen and embarrassingly we have very little Spanish. The owners and staff were so friendly it really didn’t matter. The owners welcomed us and we thought our room was perfect. The restaurant and bar are on the ground floor, there are about six identical bedrooms on the first floor and possibly two bedrooms with larger balconies on the second floor. We had a room on the first floor, it was immaculately clean. There was a spacious bathroom with a good shower over the bath, a safe, large wardrobe, a small TV which we didn’t use and excellent air-conditioning. The balcony with a useful small rack to dry clothes was bigger than expected with a small table and two stools and great views of the sea. We ate in the restaurant which opened at 8pm but didn’t get busy until later. The food portions were generous and there were little extras. It was all homemade from the starters we had ham croquettes, to two delicious Iberian pork dishes with well cooked vegetables and homemade apple pie with cookie ice cream for pudding. Our bill with drinks and a tip was 70 euros. We shared the starter and dessert as portions were generous and we also had bread on the table. The breakfast that was included was more than adequate. Coffee/freshly squeezed orange juice, toasted baguettes with cheese, meats and tomato. We only heard Spanish spoken by everyone including other guests while we were there which was great. If you stay I am sure you will enjoy it.
