Upon arrival we were given a room with the door was compromised by not closing completely. We had to change rooms. The other room was completely filthy, dirty walls, broken tissue holders and questionable tubs

The property is obviously slowly being renovated to make it more attractive. My room had beautiful new floors, comfortable beds and a rather old, rusty, dented bathtub. The pool and surrounding area were lovely, though the pool was unheated and rather cool. The breakfast buffet was good, though the food was at varying degrees of hotness. I arrived early and was denied early check-in, even though I was told rooms were available. The clerk said the computer would charge an early check-in fee and she either couldn't, or didn't want, to override that. One of the people working at the buffet showed obvious frustration that items hadn't been ordered by a coworker, and she was also unhappy with the way guests were piling their dirty dishes. The location was convenient, and close to the highway, though it was a twenty minute drive to the beach. Overall, a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.

Excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. One of the best we experienced on our trip. Good pet friendly places are hard to find but this is a good one and reasonably priced. Close to the interstate and lots of other facilities. I enthusiastically recommend it.

Very nice people.l. The breakfast was good. But the room was very subpar. Dirty floor is dirty. Bathroom and uncomfortable squeaky bed. Luckily I only with staying for one night.

I have been extremely impressed by the obvious care that management puts into this property. The front desk person, Samantha was amazing! She was so helpful during my stay, she even called me to tell me how to take some back roads because I was in such a rush to get to the airport for an Airshow, I couldn't believe it! That was above and beyond in today's world to actually care enough about guests to take the time to help me while I was in a panic 🙃 I will gladly exchange some age on a property for the little things that make you feel comfortable and safe. Hanging baskets of flowers all around, bocce ball and a clean, lovely pool, a cascading water feature and cleanliness everywhere! The complimentary hot breakfast and friendly staff were a wonderful start to the day. Mike, Paul and Claire were awesome 👌 The above average size refrigerator that actually worked well came in very handy, that is also a rarity for hotels these days! Yes, there are some rust spots in the bathtub, but living in Florida has enlightened me to be able to overlook minor imperfections:) Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property 😀

I needed a hotel room last minute due an emergency. Pricing and pet policy was my criteria. Vero Beach Inn and suites allows animals service and non-service. The price was the best in the area other than Motel 6. I expected it to to be the typical the worst amenities possible like a Motel 6 or super eight. To my surprise, the room is bright and airy. I’m not sure when it was updated but it looks great. Big windows with upgraded wood blinds. Nice color walls in a shade of blue grey. Upgraded smart TV and cable channels. Comfortable beds , clean and gorgeous landscaping which is perfect for walking your fur baby.
Very surprised will return next time I’m in the area

The grounds of the hotel are spotless as well as the rooms. The staff is friendly. The complementary breakfast is delicious location is convenient. our family really enjoyed the pool and especially loved all the tiki lights that were lit up around it at night
