Small room and in an attic for one night it's fine, negative point shared bathroom, cleanliness ok but could have been a little tidier. Kind and helpful management

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give 0 The room presents various problems, including: stained sheets and towels, a centimeter of dust on the headboard of the bed that we found as soon as we entered, taking a shower is a challenge given that the sliding door is broken, so little water comes out of the shower head that saying little is an understatement, upon arrival we contacted the property to check in without ever receiving a reply, moreover it was at least 25 degrees in the room, we tried to contact them again to understand if it was possible to resolve this problem without receiving one more answer. Strongly not recommended unless you are a masochist and want to hurt yourself.

Clean environments, large room. I chose the solution with a shared bathroom, but I never had any inconveniences in using it or the need to wait for some other guest to vacate it (perhaps due to my schedule). I have always communicated with the manager via messaging.

Terrible stay. Poorly maintained structure, it was missing essential things such as a clothes hanger even in sight (I had to place the contents of the backpack on a chair), bedside tables, even a small table on which to place something. No hooks or supports in the bathroom. But the thing the impossibility of communicating with the managers was more terrible since no one answered either on the phone or via wa. Which was very serious especially at the self-check in, when I couldn't find the room key, since it wasn't where indicated. But, the icing on the cake, I struggled a lot to get a receipt, which was essential for me, having paid in cash. I had to make a report to the finance department to convince him to give me the receipt. He didn't answer me for an entire afternoon. Only the next day, when I informed him of the complaint, which was then withdrawn, did he convince himself to reply via wa and send it to me. I have never seen management so insensitive to the needs of the customer.

The room was less than miserable. Without the possibility of hanging trousers or a shirt. Brute. The bathroom door couldn't be closed. The bathroom was basic, simple and ugly. It made an unpleasant noise. I took some photographs. The staff, absent. Nobody received us, we waited for about 30 minutes in the street until they told us the room # on the phone. Then during our stay a person on the phone chased us to obtain payment, which we finally left in the room, the only possibility. Never seen anyone. The room in very poor condition. Parking was not available even though it was empty. I'll never go back there again. I believe ******* should visit the places he advertises before customers suffer the consequences.
