"The front desk service was terrible. I had breakfast included, but they didn't provide any information about it. They also didn't give me any details about the Wi-Fi. The hotel facilities are old, and there was a strange smell in the room. The bathroom didn't look very clean either. It was a very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it and won't be booking here again."

"The location is incredibly convenient! You can take the airport shuttle directly from the airport to the transportation hub, which includes the train and bus stations. The hotel is right next to the train station and bus stop, just a two-minute walk away, making getting around super easy! It's also not noisy, and the soundproofing is quite good. Getting back to the airport is just as easy – a 30-second walk to the airport shuttle stop, haha, so convenient! I loved it. If you're here for an exhibition, you can take a two-minute bus ride to get there. Public transport has a cap on spending; it seems once you've spent a certain amount, subsequent public transport rides are free. However, the price isn't very friendly... sigh. Over 1500 for a 3-star hotel... but at least the hotel is new, so that's something. It is Europe, after all..."

"Great small hotel super close to the city center for reasonable price. I've read about problems with access there, but didn't face with that. The host answered super fast and helped with everything. There was one big room in 3 bedroom flat, every bedroom has private bathroom, but you should go there through shared space. There were coffee and tea point with cookies and microwave own. Nearby the hotel there's bug supermarket. After checking-out we had an option to leave our luggage inside, since our train was leaving much later."

"At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price."
