"The entire check-in process was extremely bizarre. I booked a room for three people (two adults and one child) on Ctrip (one double bed and one sofa bed, charged for three people). However, upon arrival at the hotel, the sofa bed wasn't even opened; there was only one double bed and only one blanket. The sofa bed wasn't even made up, and it was very cold in the room at night (below 10 degrees Celsius). The three of us had to sleep on a single, extremely thin blanket. The sofa bed was clearly stained when opened. I called Ctrip two hours ago, but the issue remained unresolved. With nightfall approaching, the two adults had to take turns sleeping on the double bed with the child until dawn. After multiple communications with Ctrip, the only solution they offered was a 50% refund. Why should I pay for such a room and such a poor experience?! Throughout the entire process, the Ctrip customer service representatives passed the buck, making no effort to help resolve the problem and showing absolutely no service awareness. I was extremely disappointed."

"The apartment is large, with two doors, and is very secure. It is right on the edge of the old town, but the parking lot is 35 euros a day and you still have to walk a distance."
