"No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!"

"Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth."

"Simple, very welcoming structure on the hills of Verona. For those like us, who love to visit cities but can't stay there, for those who want to enhance the Italian style and our small businesses, this is the right place. Reachable from Verona in a few minutes by car, it is located in a large green area overlooking the hills and mountains to the west and north and the plain to the south. The property is kept as a green lawn, cultivated with vines and olive trees and surrounded by acacias and elderberries in bloom. There are two buildings in which the apartments are located. The furnishings are basic as is the linen, but everything is very clean; the water for the shower is always hot and there are heaters available for these capricious days. We had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast. We had a great time, especially for the silence. The dishes are very delicate in flavor and very representative of the company's products. It's spring and so the omelette with fresh eggs, very fragrant honey and sage pesto couldn't be missed. And of course, for dessert and breakfast, cakes and jam."

"Great location, nice room, equipped shared kitchen, very clean! There are problems with audibility, but I very rarely find inexpensive places with soundproofing. What definitely needs to be worked on is the check-in procedure - it should not take more than 20 minutes. People usually arrive tired from the road, and sometimes they even want to visit the toilet. Due to the poor organization of check-in, I was afraid to leave my 15-kilogram backpack in the room for storage - there was a risk of not having time to pick it up before the train. I had to carry it myself."

You could easily reach the center of Verona, well organized as you always have transport available, otherwise it can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, a nearby supermarket, a nearby pizzeria, passing through Porta Bishop, immediately after you find Via XX Settembre where there are various cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs!! It was a real discovery for us, our corner of relaxation! The reception was always open, all the staff were available and immediately explained to me how to reach Verona and its surroundings. Quiet area, the rooms had everything! I will definitely return...a special greeting to Julia!! Thank you very much for giving me 4 days of pure relaxation.. Thank you thank you 😀"

"Excellent location, right in the city center, with an Aldi supermarket just 50 meters away. The room was cleaned and the bed linen and towels were changed. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. A working coffee machine was available. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine. We were upgraded to a different room upon arrival, at Piazza Citadella 16, but it was better than the one we booked."
