Albergo elegante in super centro a 1 minuto dall’arena di Verona. Personale molto gentile e attento alle intolleranze per senza glutine. Buona colazione con prodotti anche per celiaci. Piccola stranezza… nella nostra camera il lavandino non era nel bagno ma direttamente in camera. Terrazza aperitivo vista arena magnifica.

This newly refurbished hotel is excellent! I’ve stayed in several hotels in Verona and this is in my opinion the best. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast & coffee is great, rooms are modern and clean. Location is central. I will come back again. The only negative is the noise from the street if you have a room that backs onto the road.

Hotel moderno y muy bien situado en la ciudad. Personal muy muy atento y amable pendiente en todo momento de tu estancia. Desayuno correctísimo con buen buffet y habitaciones modernas, bien aprovechadas en su espacio y con amenities y albornoz incluido.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 6-9 April. This hotel is in an amazing location, you walk to all attractions, shops bars etc. Very clean and staff friendly. Would have given it 5 stars had I not been overcharged for breakfast we did not have and then another payment taken out of my account incorrectly. Numerous emails and phone calls and hotel have still not returned my money. Please check receipt for any overcharges and hope no one else has the same problems I am having to get them refunded.

Il personale intero rende un eccellente servizio che favorisce un giudizio ottimo. La struttura è gradevole e la stanza deluxe ha una sola pecca (bagno molto piccolo). La colazione è ottima e il personale addetto alla sala colazione è gentilissimo e disponibile. La Sig.ra Michela è straordinaria. Spero un giorno di ritornarci. Stanza 306

Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind hat man uns in ein anderes Hotel platziert. Viel weiter weg vom Zentrum. Hatte bewusst dieses Hotel gebucht wegen der nähe zum Zentrum und dem Whirlpool. War sehr entäuscht. Mann hat uns gesagt das dieses Hotel nur für 2 Personen Zimmer hat.

Mit dem Auto direkt vor die Hotel Garage in der Innenstadt. Sehr effizientes Check. Grosses Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Benutzerfreundliche Dusche. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ausgerechneter Cappuccino.

Lovely spa and views, rooms ok. Great base for a sightseeing holiday, near everything , walking distance to all the main areas. Comfortable bed but dated and dirty bathroom. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Recommend booking the roof spa at sunset.
