Traditional hotel with loads of character in an excellent location in the heart of lovely Verona. The spa with sauna and steam room are a wonderful touch. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel restaurant is fantastic.

Partiamo dai punti di forza ovvero posizione centralissima e spazi comuni dell’hotel. Le camere sono spaziose ma i bagni ancora con la vasca da bagno. Molto piccola la tv in camera e, per giunta, distante dal letto. Molto buona la prima colazione, accompagnata da un servizio estremamente gentile e professionale. Carina la spa ma molto scomodo, in un 5 stelle, dover richiedere di utilizzarla con almeno mezz’ora di anticipo per permettere di accendere e riscaldare sauna e bagno turco. Da un 5 stelle e’ lecito aspettarsi sicuramente di più

What an absolute gem of a hotel! Not only is it perfectly located in the heart of the city and close to all the main sites but the hotel itself is beautiful. The best part was the staff, who just made our whole holiday perfect, such and warm welcome and always so helpful. Will definitely be going back.
