Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Stadthotel mit schöner Lobby und eigener Garage. Die Zimmer sind etwas beengt und auch sehr hellhörig, dafür funktioniert der Schallschutz der Fenster an der Straße. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein umfangreiches Buffet. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums und der Sehenswürdigkeiten

Abbiamo alloggiato 1 sola notte, camera doppia.. letto matrimoniale inesistente (hanno unito due lettini, dopo aver parecchio insistito), i due lettini avevano altezze diverse e le molle scassate!!! Il risultato è stato un favoloso mal di schiena la mattina seguente. Hotel ristrutturato alla buona (mobilio smangiato) ma con nessun confort, biancheria anni 80. Colazione organizzata malissimo in uno spazio troppo piccolo con personale disorganizzato e non adatto a gestire tante persone insieme! Infine abbiamo lasciato la macchina in garage fornito dalla struttura alla modica cifra di 25 euro +6 euro di supplemento (31 euro per circa 24 ore). Infine, camera pagata 160 euro ma non ne valeva nemmeno la metà! Unica nota positiva abbastanza vicino al centro. Assolutamente NON CONSIGLIATO.

Grazie per la bella accoglienza. Moderno hotel tutto ristrutturato (a parte la facciata esterna). Colazione ottima e varia. Personale sempre disponibile. Garage a pagamento. Arrivederci al prossimo mese a Verona, speriamo abbiate ancora posto per noi!

Ho cercato di prenotare una camera per mail ed il compenso sarebbe stato inviato tramite una regal box, essendo l'hotel uno dei partner. Il Sig. Nicolò mi ha risposto dicendo che sarebbe stato possibile soggiornare presso l’hotel col solo supplemento di 15€ a persona "data l'alta domanda nel periodo del fine settimana". Dal momento che mi sono rifiutata di pagare tale cifra, che l'hotel non era autorizzato a chiedermi (informazione verificata con Regalbox), la stanza mi è stata negata, dicendomi che non era più disponibile.

Scelto sia per la vicinanza con l’ospedale borgo trento che per l’ubicazione abbastanza strategica con il centro. Accoglienza e disponibilità ottimi. Un ingresso e degli ambienti della reception molto gradevoli e spaziosi. Si vede la mano di un bravo arredatore….spazi ampi. Superlativa la possibilità per quelli nella mia situazione di cenare in un bel salottino al piano terra con servizio e menù delivery. Camere come nelle premesse. Ampia scelta nel menù delivery. Vicinanza al centro e servizi in genere. Prezzi giustificati. Ritornerò….spero per motivazioni diverse.

Grazie ad un regalo ricevuto con Smartbox. abbiamo optato questo Hotel già da subito grazie alla gentilezza e cortesia telefonica di Nicolò. Hotel molto bello e accogliente ! ideale per parcheggiare la propria auto nel garage privato dell’hotel ( a pagamento) e arrivare in 5 min.a piede , al centro di Verona. Area relax e prima colazione eccellenti!! Personale accogliente e disponibilissimo Un grazie particolare a Marina per la Sua professionalità !! Consigliatissimo!!
