Chambre impeccable, emplacement plutôt pas mal (pas loin des arènes), infrastructures neuves et propres. Alors pourquoi pas cinq étoiles ? Car je ne trouve pas l’accueil vraiment digne d’un best western. J’ai regretté la froideur d’accueil une femme et d’un homme à l’accueil (contrastant avec la gentillesse et l’enthousiasme de la jeune hôtesse frisée, vraiment très sympa). Nous reviendrons en tout cas.

Rooms were okay, really could do with a freshen up. The bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were flat.
Location didn't seem the best, like no nice restaurants around the area at all unless you walk much further out.
Staff were helpful and we left our luggage on our last day when we went to the spa. Please take note if people leave pillows off the bed, they want them off the bed very annoying. Room was a good size and Alexa a nice touch.
