The room was very clean, the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were very accommodating and explained the city map very well to us regarding the sights. Breakfast was very good.

Really well located hotel in Verona.. approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the train station and around 10-15 minutes walk into the centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with good bathroom and plenty of storage for our clothes. Breakfast was good with a variety of choice..not so big with the cooked breakfast but plenty of pastries and cakes for the sweeter tooth. Verona is a beautiful place and we used it as our base to travel around by train. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base

Wonderful value. great location, excellent staff who couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was as good as I have ever seen in terms of variety and quantity. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I wsill definitely return. The rooms were clean and refreshed every day with really comfortable beds.

Posizione strategica vicino la stazione e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Colazione abbondante con possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Pulizia camere ottima. Disponibile anche un garage coperto. Ottima esperienza ci tornerò volentieri.

Ho scelto questo hotel affidandomi alle recensioni lette in rete e ad oggi posso confermare per nulla veritiere. Hotel da tre stelle e non quattro. All’arrivo ci e’ stata assegnata una camera con un odore acido sgradevole così che abbiamo chiesto subito il cambio. Gentili nell’accogliere la nostra richiesta ma deludente anche la seconda camera: una camera per disabili affidata ad una coppia. Lenzuola macchiate tanto che abbiamo chiesto subito il cambio e polvere ovunque . La pulizia e’ proprio da rivedere! Telefono per chiamare la reception non funzionante e vergognoso per la tipologia di stanza per un disabile. Chiesto un piumino per la notte, neanche portato in camera ma lasciato alla reception. Posizione non strategica soprattutto per la sera . Necessita di taxi al costo di circa 12 € fino a Piazza Bra. Nota positiva il parcheggio privato ma a pagamento. Il personale della reception imbarazzato ma soddisfacente!
