A relatively modern express hotel! The buffet even has an American coffee machine. Verona is Juliet's home!

I stayed here as a family, in a superior room, not standard. There was nothing superior about it, in fact perhaps the standard rooms were better. Old room, old bathroom in which the spotlights didn't work or rather they were intermittent. Broken furniture, poorly repaired. The service was also, at least on the first day, insufficient for a four star hotel: they proposed to resolve the problem the afternoon of the following day but they did not resolve it. The bathroom sink was blocked. Another sore point: the safe didn't work. This was also repaired the following day before departure. A journey between monuments with the anxiety of having valuable objects with you, a trip full of anxiety. In any case, they offered me to change rooms only on the last evening of the two nights and three days of the pension, having found the anomaly in the bathroom lighting. Having discovered the problems, in a 4-star hotel the concierge should have immediately offered customers to change rooms and not an aperitif. Last concern: I make sure from the site that the parking is guaranteed and free, only to discover that only the uncovered parking is free. I point out to the concierge that other information is provided on the site, namely that it is free even indoors. I am told that it was like this before. Hotel to avoid!

Always good, in fact. Hotel slightly out of the way but of an excellent standard. Clean, quiet, with a good and varied breakfast. When I'm in Verona and I don't have to stay in the centre, I come here. Very convenient for the fair. Only flaw: there is no coffee machine in the room, otherwise everything is ok, very friendly staff.

I spent two nights in March 2023 and returned this year in February I spent 3 nights in the hotel and one night in the apar**ent it really is a very nice hotel with very nice rooms and apar**ent located in via scoterlando A very very quiet area. Good welcome from all the staff, very clean environment, excellent breakfast. The area is well served by public transport and easy to reach from the Verona Sud motorway exit. Located in a quiet area, without night noise. In my case a 20/25 minute walk from H Borgo Roma. Fair price.

Excellent staff, elegant hotel, excellent service, full availability to the customer. Rich breakfast, clean and pleasant rooms. Helpful and professional owner. Highly recommended!!! We'll be back soon!
