We really liked everything! Modern comfortable apartments in an incredibly convenient location - 5 minutes from the Arena!
Cleaning every day, shampoos refilled, towels changed if you put them on the floor. There is a kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and 2 small bottles of water are provided daily.
The staff at the reception are very nice.
Among the small disadvantages: there were problems with the safe, it did not open for two days in a row, it gave an error, although we entered the code correctly, when they came to us to fix it, it turned out that it opened with the usual standard code (i.e. it could be opened any employee just like that).
Well, the cost was a little high for the New Year holidays, but everything is clear here :)
Overall, highly recommend!

What a little gem this place is. Right in the heart of the old city but away from the noise of the crowds. The main attractions were within a few minutes walk. The room was beautiful with a small kitchen, seating and a dining area. It was beautifully clean and the staff on reception were excellent. Tea and coffee facilities were replenished daily. A take away breakfast can be ordered to your room which was perfect for our purposes. Absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

C'était beau, c'était propre, c'était bien équipé (kitchenette avec frigo et plaques, couverts, table et chaises, sèche-cheveux, produits d'hygiène, grande douche, bidet...), et la localisation est vraiment parfaite. Pas de problème de bruit et, cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil à été très sympathique. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit à 100 %. Merci.

Fantastic apartment, it has everything you need and was really comfortable. It's in a great location, close to everything. Friendly, helpful staff and entire building was kept super clean. I highly recommend these apartments, we will be back!

Gentili, cordiali e sempre disponibili. Posizione ottima a due passi dall’arena. Pulizia ottima con macchina del caffè in ogni stanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. È la seconda volta che veniamo, consigliatissimo! Noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo!

Struttura completamente e funzionalmente ristrutturata.
Appartamento ben arredato e fornito. Pulitissimo e ben insonorizzato.
A differenza della maggior parte delle strutture, il divano letto ha un buon materasso.
Posizione eccellente a 30 metri dalla via Mazzini.
Ambienti comuni accoglienti e profumatissimi.
Abbiamo soggiornato dell’appartamento Aida, con due camere da letto separate e un divano letto nell’ampia zona soggiorno.
Il bagno è spazioso e veramente ben equipaggiato.

Our stay was so nice that we did not want to leave. The location was perfect! Our room was beautiful and very clean! The bed was so comfy! Valentina checked us in and made us feel special. The property was easy to find and was very safe. We would love to return someday.
