The entrance and lobby of this hotel may not be very impressive, but the rooms are very nice. It's not a super modern hotel (they still use traditional keys), but it has a classic charm, with things done the traditional way and done well. The rooms are comfortable and classy, with panelled walls and damask patterned wallpaper. There is plenty of desktop and shelf space, and also bench space in the bathroom. Even though the style is classic, the fit out looks quite new and in good condition. With the shutters down, at night the room is pitch black, allowing a good night's sleep. Location is convenient, only a few minutes walk to the Arena. There are two things I don't like, however. Firstly, only disposable cups (plastic coated paper and plastic) are provided in the room. This is very bad for the environment, and I also don't like the idea of drinking hot drinks out of them. Secondly, the room fragrance used is very overpowering, and it really irritated my nose. Luckily the big windows could be opened fully to let fresh air in. Please change the fragrance and reduce the amount used.

Impeccabile. Le tre stelle ci hanno un po' fatto titubare ma le recensioni erano ottime e ci siamo fidati di quelle; ne è valsa la pena. Pulizia impeccabile, stanze in perfetto stato, personale gentile ed efficiente, colazioni abbondanti e posizione ottima a un passo da tutto. Consigliatissimo, la prossima volta a Verona sarà sicuramente qui.

Io e mia madre abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura . L hotel è situato in una posizione eccezionale , a due passi dall’Arena e dal centro storico di Verona . La camera davvero graziosa , estremamente pulita e profumatissima io che ha contribuito a rendere il breve soggiorno davvero confortevole . Tutto il personale veramente gentile , ringrazio particolarmente le signore della reception e la signora addetta alla colazione la quale ha curato la sala colazione offrendo ogni mattina un servizio di qualità e prodotti di vasta scelta ,tutti buonissimi non trascurando di scambiare qualche parola per farti sentire ancora più a tuo agio . Se dovessimo torneremo a Verona non avremmo alcun dubbio nella scelta , ma torneremo sicuramente qui .A presto . Giulia

Tolle Lage inmitten der Altstadt. 3 min. zur Arena. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Kleine Garage direkt unter dem Hotel. Preis/Leistung ok. Betten gut, Heizung sehr gut, Frühstück mit kleinem Umfang, aber alles frisch und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren für einen 2-tägigen Kurztrip hier - und es war ein rundum guter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Seitengasse. Um die Ecke ist eine Pasticceria zum Frühstücken, diverse Vinotheken und die Arena ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und jederzeit freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sonderlich groß, aber dafür sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
