Friendly staff at front desk during check-in, had everything ready to go! The free breakfast buffet was really nice, and plenty of variety. Friendly staff at breakfast too. Facilities were modern and comfortable, including Air Conditioning!

We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location near to Piazza delle Erbe and all major sights are within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful eg in arranging taxis and recommending places to eat. Also they were very patient when I tried to practise my pretty poor Italian. The rooms were clean and modern with a good shower. The hotel has a three star rating but in my view it is worth more. I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Verona.

My eyes watered as I entered the room, it stank of curry. The smell was overpowering, I couldn’t breathe. Immediately returned back to the reception and asked to another room. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t move me. I had no choice to to find an alternative hotel. I paid in advance and was refused a refund - lost £180.00.

Abbiamo scoperto questo hotel sui vari portali di ricerca e devo dire che mi ha subito colpito. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di due concerti all’Arena. Che dire? Struttura impeccabile, eccellente, perfetta per posizione, servizi, qualità-prezzo. A pochissimi metri da tutti i punti turistici principali, tra cui Piazza delle Erbe e l’Arena.L’albergo ha subito una opera di ristrutturazione e restyling, gli spazi sono molto ampi, sia della camera che dei bagni,arredi molto curati, presenza di frigobar e cassaforte, pulizia impeccabile, dotazione bagni perfetta, ho molto apprezzato la scelta di utilizzo di prodotti bagno green, arredi bagno e sanitari nuovissimi, di qualità , comodissima la doccia, molto ampia. Pare sia dotato di parcheggio privato ma non ne abbiamo usufruito e non potrei elargire ulteriori dettagli in merito. Veniamo alla colazione: sorprendente! Sicuramente non da un 3 stelle, colazione continentale, ricca scelta di prodotti, dal salato al dolce, davvero di qualità. Una piacevolissima scoperta! Ci tornerò sicuramente per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Verona! Davvero complimenti per l’ottimo lavoro svolto, per la gentilezza, professionalità, per la cortesia del personale. Alla prossima!

This hotel is new, the room was nice , very clean and confortable. Tha breakfast was very good, with fruits, yogurts, many kids of fresh bread and cakes.
The hotel is very cengtral on Verona.
Just one of the staff was in a bed mood .... and he wasn´t pleasent...
