Hotel sem palavras de lindo, mas o que chama atenção mesmo é a simpatia do gerente que nos atendeu, que por sinal fala português!!! Deixou a estadia mais perfeita ainda recomendo toda vida a experiência que o palazzo oferece! O quarto limpo com tudo necessário, e antes de sairmos do hotel o gerente nos fez um mapa personalizado com pontos turísticos da cidade.

Par où commencer pour décrire un séjour exceptionnel? Tout d abord l accueil exceptionnel de Arthur et son accompagnement sans faille pendant ces deux jours. Conseils, réservation de restaurant, de taxi, etc…. Nous avons rarement vu une personne aussi attentionnée et compétente. La qualité de notre séjour est du en grande partie grâce à Arthur. Le petit déjeuner en chambre et de très grande qualité et encore une fois le service était très bon. Notre chambre, l executive suite était simplement magnifique. Grande hauteur sous plafond, mobilier et déco choisis avec goût et calme royal. Bref, nous reviendrons c est promis.

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The presidential suite was beyond nice. I’m sure the other rooms are beautiful too. The front desk manager, Arthur, was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walking everywhere as we did. There was noise from a street project but it looked temporary.

We stayed 4 nights in this 4 room small hotel in the heart of the Verona old city . We booked the king room . It faced the back of the building towards a courtyard which was quiet. This room was spacious with a feature , a winding staircase to a bathtub and deck chair. There is a ground floor sauna and gym that can be reserved exclusively . Service was impeccable with Arthur the manager always on hand to assist with any queries, restaurant bookings etc . He even offered me a hot water bottle and use of the microwave to heat up a warm drink as I was a little under the weather . Highly recommend a stay here.

Their responsiveness on WhatsApp, from pre-arrival to check-in, showcased impeccable service. The Superior King Room was a luxurious haven, impeccably designed. Breakfast room service was punctual, delivering a delicious start to our day. The hotel's commitment to detail, evident from arrival to departure, elevated the entire experience.
