Was ok. Not modern not too dated. The washrooms do have signs of mould growing. We had a small issue and had to pay a large percentage more because they enforce separate beds for children even though it doesn't state that online. We cancelled part 2 of our stay with them because the extra charges made the"discount hotel" not worth the money. Also the children's play area - a big part of wanting to stay here - was extremely overgrown and unkept. Doesn't seem very safe for the children. The area of this location is not very nice and there is a lot of neglect and garbage around. Overall not worth it.

Die Unterkunft hat eine recht gute Lage (Supermarkt, kleine Läden und Restaurants in unmitttelbarer Nähe, 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von dort ca. 5 Minuten ins Zentrum) Check-in war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein paar Informationen über Müllentsorgunmg, Reinigung usw. wären hilfreich gewesen. Netterweise hat man uns ein größeres Appartement gegeben. Die Wohnung selber war praktisch mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Küche, aber nicht wirklich schön oder gemütlich. In der Küche fehlten verschiedene Utensilien wie z.B. Korkenzieher oder Dosenöffner oder Kelle... Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Verona empfehlen.

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

Accueil très agréable et personnel disponible. Grand logement (surclassement pour notre part) avec mobilier succinct. Conseil : demander si possible une chambre qui n’est pas côté route car assez bruyante avec la circulation. Commerces à proximité pour faire des courses. A 20 min. à pied pour aller visiter le centre-ville de Vérone. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence si vous avez une voiture.

Mi sono trovata benissimo in questo residence , non date retta alle cattive recensioni , e’ molto organizzato !! Facilmente si raggiungeva il centro di Verona , ben organizzato essendo che hai sempre a disposizione i mezzi , altrimenti percorribile a piedi in 15 minuti circa , supermercato vicino , una pizzeria vicina , passando da porta vescovo subito dopo si trova la via XX settembre dove ci sono vari localini , bar , ristoranti , pub !! E’ stata una vera scoperta per noi , il nostro angolo di relax ! La reception sempre aperta , tutti i collaboratori disponibili , mi hanno spiegato sin da subito come raggiungere Verona e dintorni . Zona tranquilla , le camere avevano tutto ! Sicuramente ritornerò .. un saluto particolare a Julia !! Grazie di cuore per avermi regalato 4 giorni di puro relax .. Grazie grazie 😀

Résidence sympa avec cuisine et balcon. Accueil chaleureux faisant tout pour vous aider et donner des conseils de visites Seul gros bémol: trop loin du centre plus de 25 mn à pied et quartier désert pour rentrer le soie. Comptez 13 à 15€ pour un taxi
