Scelto per una notte per visitare Vicenza e le ville palladiane. Hotel perfetto, dalla funzionalità dei servizi alla pulizia delle spaziose camere. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione top.

La stella in meno è perchè la struttura è vecchiotta: all'epoca probabilmente era il top, ma adesso perde colpi. Qualche esempio: moquette (nei corridoi addirittura si notano macchie di vino!), armadi, tendaggi, bagni....mostrano il segno degli anni. Per il resto tutto bene: personale, posizione, colazione, spa, ambiente tranquillo, ampio parcheggio. Eravamo una coppia in junior suite ed abbiamo speso 148€ con colazione e (spa 3 ore): mi sembra un prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Accettano American Express.

Ho prenotato una camera per 3 adulti e mi sono ritrovato in una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed una brandina trasformata in letto. Sono rimasto deluso e credo che un hotel debba curare queso aspetto. Per contro ho cenato con soddisfazione nel ristorante interno dell'hotel.franco

Hotel looks run down from the outside but inside is very nicely decorated with a modern feel. Rooms have a strange layout but you can drive round to park by your room if you are on level 1. The public areas to get to the rooms are very tired and run down (carpet lifting from the floor) but the rooms are well decorated, modern, light and clean. Good workspace and power access. Bed was ok but I did not sleep so well. Shower is small. Restaurant in the evening has a good menu and the food quality was good. Breakfast is a very good selection of what you would expect in Italy.

Una due giorni per noi. ottima posizione, relax in sauna bagno turco idromassaggio, personale gentilissimo. Attività in palestra la mattina prima di colazione. In camera doccia iacuzzi, un po' datata ma funzionale. Il pizzaiolo mi ha portato una pizza carbonara invece che una capricciosa, ma fortunatamente è stata sostituita in un altro quarto d'ora ho avuto la pizza corretta. Penso torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui, trovando una camera pulita e confortevole. Ristorante/pizzeria con prodotti di qualità, personale molto educato e sorridente. Unica pecca, l'uso della SPA. Molto carina ma anche troppo affollata. Per chi ha la camera, si potrebbe avere maggiore elasticità oraria, almeno nei weekend dove c'è maggiore affluenza di persone

Sono stata in questo hotel ormai due inverni fa. È una struttura semplice e comoda. La camera è tenuta bene, la colazione non è male, ma consiglierei di implementarla maggiormente. In generale consiglio la permanenza per qualche notte...

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 22 al 26 Dicembre 2023! Mi spiace recensire negativamente perché non è nel mio stile però sono davvero delusa. Ho soggiornato qui perché un 4 stelle ma non merita questa categoria. L’albergo necessita una bella ristrutturazione e una bella svecchiata! Bagni vecchi! Inoltre esperienza di soggiorno negativa in quanto una sera al mio rientro da una passeggiata ho dovuto fare i bagagli per spostarmi presso un’altra stanza a causa di un loro problema idraulico . Vi assicuro che non è piacevole dopo una giornata fuori fare le valige e spostarsi durante la notte. Altresì l’ultimo giorno di soggiorno ho trovato delle cimici in stanza attaccate alle tende e alle pareti. Hanno mandato un ragazzo ad aspirarle ma quando ho rappresentato le dovute lamentele alla fine hanno cercato di convincermi che è la cosa più normale del mondo perché Vicenza è infettata di cimici! Il vice direttore ha risolto la questione restituendomi 30 euro a titolo di rimborso dicendomi che ci potevo mangiare una pizza ! Incredibile! Non ho dormito tutta la notte e loro sostengono che sia normalità.Tuttavia vorrei fare i complimenti al personale del bar e di sala. Molto cordiali. Naturalmente non ci tornerò più. Non c’è il rapporto qualità prezzo! Ho pagato 100 euro a notte per un albergo 4 stelle che di 4 stelle aveva ben poco!

Ottimo! Piacevole scoperta hotel molto bello e funzionale con belle camere e parcheggio sotto la finestra, ottima la colazione e gentilissimo il personale. Il tutto ad un passo dal casello autostradale e quindi pratico e funzionale. Consigliato!
