"We had only one night in Vicenza, and I'm very glad we chose to spend it at Relais Santa Corona. From the moment we arrived around noon, the experience was exceptional. Not only were we able to park our car at the hotel, but we were also pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in. The elegant receptionist warmly welcomed us and recommended a restaurant for lunch, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Such personal touches immediately made us feel well taken care of. One charming detail is that each room has its own name in addition to a number. We stayed in Room 202 – Rotonda, which featured a lovely little balcony adorned with flowers and offering beautiful views. The room also contained a large book about the renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio, a thoughtful touch that reflected the character and history of Vicenza. The hotel itself is stunning, combining elegance and authenticity. The ground floor is decorated with beautiful paintings, almost like a small art gallery, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. Those who enjoy pastries and sweets will be especially delighted by the selection. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and despite the central location, the room was wonderfully quiet with no street noise at all. Relais Santa Corona is a truly authentic and artistic place to stay, offering comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vicenza."
