Hotel is old, moldy wall, duvet with yellow stain, they try to cover it with the duvet cover... kinda gross when I discovered it. Breakfast is good, there is a free parking too, but it is quite concealed at the back of the hotel. Inside the parking lot is quite narrow, so you need to be skillful to maneuver around. Parking lot is kinda scary at first (water dripping from ceiling, few lights are not working), but overall it is safe.

A decent hotel with good deal. It's about 18 mins walk from train station or 5 mins by taxi. The hotel is located in an outskirt of the city but not too far out. The room is simple and decently clean with very good service for breakfast at the restaurant.

The room is very large and spacious, clean and hygienic, and has a good location. It is close to the train station and about 20 minutes' walk from the downtown pedestrian street. There is a good Chinese restaurant at the corner of the door, and a Japanese restaurant a little further ahead. The hotel's own restaurant is also good

I stay here often. The front desk service is friendly and humane. The breakfast is just like most European hotels, but I was able to eat enough rice. The first choice for business trips, definitely worth recommending. Many Koreans stay here when they travel to Venice.

A hotel located in the small town of Vicenza, about 20 minutes away from the train station and the town's pedestrian street. There is a large terrace outside the room I stayed in, shared by three rooms (separated by flower pots in the middle), and it is quite nice to take a nap on the terrace at night

Good hotel, but I didn't like the request from the reception to charge me the tourist tax for two people (€.5.00) which was already included in the booking, having shown the booking to the staff and therefore already paid. The room that I was assigned N.403 on the fourth floor showed evident signs of wear on the internal bathroom doors, moreover the coarse finishes with the thick silicone in sight are not worthy of a 4 star, then the shower head should be put one more importantly in order to regulate the flow of water and not cheap as there was. Good breakfast with enough choice and variety except the toast bread which looked old.

The hotel is small and beautiful, convenient

The hotel is easily reachable from the railway station and has a free garage for guests. The staff is always kind and welcoming, the rooms bright and almost all very large. Excellent quality-price relation

沒想到房間很大，維琴察火車站門口有1號線到酒店門口，供計4站，步行15分鐘 出行很方便，去威尼斯做火車3站就到，酒店早餐還不錯，推薦入住

設施比較陳舊，馬桶一直流水報前台了，休了但是沒修好，算不上4星

The staff tried their very best to make our stay good. The poor hotel is in desperate need of a lot of maintenance. We had broken door handle, mold above the shower, leaking rain in the hallway. The neighbour hood is sketchy as well in evenings
