Il palazzo da fuori si presenta molto bene anche se già si capisce che all'interno c'è tanta voglia di modernità, infatti si percepisce un mondo di design visto e rivisto. C'era bisogno? Personale alla reception molto cortese e gentile anche se il + delle volte la reception non presidiata. Camera, vista piccionaia sporca, anche essa in stile 'design' mal concepita per spazi e arredo, con tanto di cubo vetro ingombrante dove si nasconde il bagno con set di cortesia mal accessoriato e armatura doccia perlopiù complicata. Colazione buona anche se a tratti basica in sala antica con controsoffitto con faretti.

Malgré plusieurs signalements en Reception , la TV (qui a un certain âge ne fonctionne pas Les volets roulants électriques fonctionnent de 'façon aleatoire' Par contre, le personnel est très agréable Le petit déjeuner est largement assorti en qualité et quantité

Lovely small hotel, cool decor, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very pleasant staff, great location. On street parking for hotel guests convenient. Breakfast was lovely especially the fresh fruit salad. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Sono arrivato a Vicenza per un corso e ho prenotato al "buio" su consiglio di un amico. L'alberto è stato una piacevole esperienza. Le persone sono molto gentili e premurose. Avevo un problema con il parcheggio e me lo hanno risolto subito in maniera molto efficiente. Il titolare/gestore mi ha accompagnato personalmente a al parcheggio e mi ha aiutato a parcheggiarla. Le stanze sono molto belle e accoglienti. La colazione molto buona e genuina. La posizione è perfetta, in centro si può passeggiare e non prendere la macchina. Lo consiglio!

hotel in pieno centro storico. Ristrutturato. Hall molto bella e spaziosa di design. Camere spaziose, anche se la mia era una singola con letto alla francese, bagno molto grande. Arredi molto sobri ma caldi. Comodo il letto. Belle le travi in legno sul soffitto. Grande la doccia. Frigo bar e cassaforte. Molto silenziosa. Colazione su ordinazione, non a buffet (forse causa covid) con scelta sufficiente di dolce e salato. Bella la sala colazione con ampie finestre con vista su chiesa in pietra. Personale molto gentile, educato e sorridente. Di sicuro lo consiglio. Solo un consiglio per il frigo bar: oltre all'acqua consiglieri di mettere anche qualche bibita.
