Hotel was easy to access. Excellent service from the front desk clerk and in the Bistro. Breakfast was also good. Clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Vicksburg, MS.

Melanie, the front desk clerk, did an outstanding job with our myriad issues and questions, as well as taking care of many, many other check ins and fielding questions. She handled a lot with calm professionalism.

Clean and well kept hotel. Front desk agent was friendly and efficient. Melody in the Bistro area had top notch service and was the epitome of hospitality! Great stay, thank you all. Conveniently located and will stay here if Vicksburg is part of future travel plans.
