It is a very old hotel but it is beautiful, the views are spectacular. The bad thing is that the bed cushions don't smell good and the attention and treatment of the man with dark glasses who runs it is horrible.

The hotel was gorgeous and located in Sorrento with a beautiful view, totally worth the value for the night. My only suggestion is the pool to be open until a later time, and to offer lunch and dinner and not just breakfast. The reception personnel including the manager were very rude. I went to ask a question and the manager replied: "only if it's one question because I'm very busy." Every time I had a question I was made feel as if I was being a nag which I was not.

Nous venons tout juste d'y séjourner 4 nuits avec mon fils. Nous sommes enchantés, cadre magnifique, un personnel 'aux petits soins' très convivial et un patron haut en couleur fort jovial, agréable et sympathique. Si nous retournons un jour dans ce coin de l'Italie, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Donc je recommande sans aucune hésitation à 100%

We arrived to this beautiful hotel by chance. The views from the room and balcony are stunning. The stuff at the reception and anywhere were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and the overall experience. We highly recommend

The hotel's highlight is the view of Sorrento, but it stops there. The coffee is very bad and what bothered us most was that all the hotel staff smoked. So if you are not a smoker, avoid this hotel.
