The location of the hotel is very good, with a panoramic view of the beautiful lakes and mountains. It is a good vacation. However, the hotel is on the roadside and there is a little noise from cars passing by at night. It is far from the city center and there are no other options except the hotel restaurant.

It was not as expected
In my opinion not better than a 4 stars hotel
SPA is nothing
Lights are broken / not working in the whole hotel
Dirty also in the rooms also in the SPA which is for a 5 stars limited
Pool outside only working in the summer insight very cold
So go and book not this one

Mi aspetto tantissimo Sto arrivando! Questa struttura 5 stelle è invece sono rimasta molto delusa. La struttura è datata ma va benissimo se è tenuta bene! Il problema è stata la camera 212…. Un incubo…niente balcone ma io L avevo scelta così..ma pensavo almeno una finestra e invece no…la vetrata è completamente bloccata da una mantovana che non permette di arieggiare o aprire. Il materasso è forse il più scomodo che ho testato …piuttosto di un tv a 56 pollici investite nei topper!!! I cuscini…un dramma…ogni 5 stelle che si rispetti ha due cuscini con due pesi…qui no …tre macigni in piuma senza possibilità di cambio. Il bagno…la catastrofe….niente bidet..ma uno spruzzino lungo forse 20 cm che pensavo servisse x pulire il wc..la doccia un loculo con un soffione fisso …piccolo da morire!!!quello della nave x intenderci!! I servizi buoni tranne una considerazione…se c è una piscina e giusto ci siano dei lettini intorno non i tavoli di un ristorante xche x fare un tuffo si deve passare tra i tavoli… Speravo che al momento del conto (salato) mi si chiedesse qualcosa…ma il receptionist era impegnato …solitamente si chiede sempre al cliente come è andata…questa è educazione

-Der Fernseher ging nicht
-Das Waschbeckenwasser ist nicht richtig abgelaufen
-Der Sessel hatte ein Brandloch
-In der Dusche hat es geschimmelt
-Haben bei der Ankunft nicht mal ansatzweise eine Erklärung bekommen wo zb. der Frühstücksraum oder sonstige Räumlichkeiten sind.
-Nie im Leben ein 5 Sterne Hotel
