I like the hotel, the boy of the reception very nice yesterday night, but today ... a girl who, when I arrived down, talked by phone I suppose someone who is not a guest ... then I needed for two hours to call the reception and followed the busy phone ... I don't want to judge without knowing ... but were so busy? .... I still cannot communicate with me ... if I could down, I would do it, but I'm doing a process that I can't leave

Well situated hotel all the place ,every corner is Very clean ,nice pool and drinks , silent place with cordial and friendly staff, great place to stay for a good price i will be back to stay here every time i need to be back for business or vacations in Trujillo

Very good ratio price/ quality. Probably best hotel in Trujillo. Location not in the heart of the city but it is just 10 minutes drive by Uber or Taxi to old town. Breakfast very tasty, quality of rooms as well. The biggest asset is extremely helpful reception staff. Ladies have helped us to modify reservation after Latam flight cancellation earlier, and also advise most efficient and reasonable sightseeing tour on Trujillo and nearby highlights. One of those ladies was Genesis and 2nd one don't remember the name however worked with Genesis at the same shift during our check in. Generally highly recommended hotel in Trujillo!
