É stata la nostra prima esperienza in un hotel con questo concetto di stanza immersa in un quartiere e devo dire che siamo entusiasti di aver soggiornato lí. Partiamo dal fatto che tutte le istruzioni arrivate via e-mail, parcheggio compreso, erano precise. Il check-in fai da te è stato semplice e veloce. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo l’idea di vivere (in) un quartiere multietnico, vivace, ma tranquillo allo stesso tempo, ben fornito di tutto. Nel mercato di fronte si mangia bene, vicino c’è un café stile parigino eccezionale. Stiamo già pensando di tornare. La stanza (1207) é spaziosa, pulita, ben insonorizzata e con tutti i comfort. Letto comodo. Prodotti bio, comprese le cialde del caffè.

The urban apar**ent was pleasant and useful, but the check in process was confusing as there is no staff. The interior was very nice, and the area had plenty of local restaurants and shops. Good value for money.

Apart from being sent to a café that no longer exists to be checked-in (we later called) and a single fan to cool the entire property, the apar**ent was great.
Ideal location close to metro and some good restaurants and bars.
