"First of all I had a trouble with the self checking and Adam was so nicely helped me. I appreciate his kindness a lot.  Secondly we booked the room for 4 person and when we entered to the room it was not so clean an there was not complete covers for the bed and Blankers, pillows so 2 of us was not able to sleep at all. It was nearly in the morning when we arrived so every time when i called them Adam was reachable and he asked us to change the room which was too much fo us so we stayed in the room. It was our choice cause we had early morning meeting so it was ok to prepare and just leave.  The check out process was too quick the cleaning group came 10 minutes before and it was ok for us to leave directly.  Dear Adam, thank you so much for your kindness and for the hotel management I would say to pay attention to your cleaning group."

"The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly."

"Excellent! 1. As we were traveling by car, I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient parking. The parking spots are right behind the property, which meant no need to drag our luggage into the city center. The host even made a point of highlighting the parking availability when we chatted, which was super helpful. You can also borrow bicycles from them to get into town, though it's actually not a long walk either. 2. The room was spotless, with a modern and stylish decor. The water pressure was fantastic, making for a really refreshing shower! 3. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating."

"I arrived at 7 AM and was able to check in immediately, which was incredibly accommodating – most hotels don't allow check-ins until after 2 PM. The restaurant even lets you make your own waffles, which was a fun experience! The subway station is right outside, super convenient, and there's a small supermarket nearby too."

"A nice location hotel. roomsize good. friendly staff. just it got really cold in the middle of night.So I woke up and put on more clothes then slept again."

"Check-in was excellent. It was super easy. The room was great. Unfortunately, one bathroom/toilet for five rooms was insufficient. The hot water was often gone, and you had to wait until others had finished showering to use the toilet. Otherwise, everything was great."

"The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the metro, trams, and train station. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. We were in Vienna's main square in less than 10 minutes. A minor disappointment was that the rooms weren't cleaned daily; we had to specifically request it. For towel changes, we always had to ask at the reception, and the clean towels were handed over at reception in front of other hotel guests. In all my years of traveling, I've never encountered something like this; they say it's for environmental reasons, but honestly, I find that hard to believe... I'm glad they offered a discount on the breakfast package because the initial €20.00 requested was truly excessive. Despite the points mentioned above, I still recommend it."

"Everything was perfect, the room was clean, and the facilities and environment were superb. All the staff were friendly, especially Katharina at the front desk who was very professional, friendly, and patient. All the staff in the executive lounge were also excellent, especially the older gentleman who treated guests like family."

"The location is pretty convenient; the nearest tram stop is just a seven-minute walk away. The front desk service was great, and although check-in isn't until 3 PM, you can store your luggage. However, the room facilities are quite basic. It's a good option if you just need it for one night."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home."
