"I'm very glad I booked 3 nights here. Our room is spacious, clean and modern style with good AC, the quilt and pillow are so so comfy. The location is perfect, only 5mins walk from the HBF station. The tram D is nearby within 4mins walk and you will find the main attractions.
9/10, since they don't have the cleaning service, you have to drop your trash in the room on -2 floor and ask for the extra towel if you need. But the staff are friendly with a 24 hour front desk.
Overall very excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay."
"My husband and I are glad that we chose to stay at the smartments during our recent stay in Vienna. It is exactly like the photos. The unit itself is extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed, except we would have preferred a kettle rather than a pod coffeemaker (for tea) and the dishwasher was superfluous for us (perhaps not for others). The building is located directly opposite the train station, but the area is new, clean, safe and close to several supermarkets (& sightseeing!). The self-check-in kiosk at the door was easy to use. Overall, we were very pleased."
"The hotel has an excellent location, just 200 meters from the Central Station. The rooms are very stylish, which younger guests will surely appreciate. However, breakfast is a bit pricey, and the in-room amenities are quite limited – beyond basic toiletries, towels, and toilet paper, there was nothing else. The front desk staff were rather cold and unapproachable, giving off a distant vibe."
"The place was quite clean. It's a bit out of the way from the city center, but the environment was great – clean and tidy. It sleeps three people, and an extra bed is available. Just a heads-up: the shower in the bathroom only has a half-panel, so you'll need to watch the angle carefully when showering to prevent water from splashing out."
"Cleanliness 9.5 Location 9.0 Service quality 8.7 Room quality and comfort 9.0 Facilities 8.5 Value for money 9.0 Free WiFi 9.0
I saw the hotel at the exit of Längenfeldgasse subway station. It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the hotel. It only takes 20 minutes to take the subway to the city center. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The continental breakfast buffet is not too many, but it is enough to eat and delicious; the hotel room is about 97% new, with a large double bed. Although the room is not big, it can accommodate 2 24-inch suitcases; there are small tables, long seats, 55-inch TVs, electric kettles, hangers and small safes, etc., but there is no small refrigerator, which is not very convenient. There are enough power sockets, the sheets and quilts are white, clean and comfortable, the central air conditioner is cold and quiet, and the WIFI speed is fast. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a standing bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet is clean and drains quickly. The hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective and I will consider it again when I come to Vienna."
"A very modern, clean friendly hotel! The location is great only a 5 minute walk to the underground station and 2/3 stops from there to the centre. Excellent clean rooms which we loved the music theme. The shower was very good, if a little loud with the acoustics and not for the shy as it's glass on either side.. Superb breakfast with literally everything you could want. The bar upstairs has a lovely view and the staff were very friendly. Overall we had a great few days in Vienna."
"My elderly mother uses a wheelchair, so this hotel was the best choice for me. There are many hotels near the station or in the center of town, but for my mother, who likes to stay in a safe and clean area for a long time, cook and eat, and travel through the gardens and palaces, I was lucky to find this hotel. While all the citizens of Vienna are friendly to wheelchair users, the staff at this hotel were also very considerate and generous. The kitchen utensils were good, and the bath towels were free to use. The sibling hotel next door offers a 24-hour front desk and free drinks. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, and if you like to walk, you can walk to the Schenburn Palace. It will be the best option for travelers who want to enjoy Vienna for a family trip or a long time."
"I stayed for 5 nights from May 23rd to May 28th, and the deposit was canceled 150 euros, but the credit card company has not refunded it yet. My reservation number is ****************.
Please check the refund process again and contact me.
"Nice, clean room with reasonably spacious bathroom and big TV.
Breakfast was ”limited”, but plenty. Only downside - scrambled eggs were odd and orange juice dispencer was really really slow.
Recommending this hotel for location (next to Ubahn) and shopping center with excellent foodcourt."
"This was my 2nd hostel in Vienna. The 1st one I chose next to Haupbahnhoff. It was OK but the room was 6 people mixed dormitory, it was only 5 of us but I was the only girl, there was no option to choose gender...so next time I booked this hostel and girls only room, 4 bed, ended up only 3 girls and it was a massive difference. 1st of all I felt much calmer and safer and even though both girls woke up rather early, guys tended to sleep till last minute, they were just very quiet sleepers so I felt very comfortable. Next time I think I will always choose girls dormitory. The room was also rather spacious with plenty of space to walk around plus toilet and shower were separate compared to the other hostel. There were no towels provided in either of the hostels...I'm not sure if it might have been offered at the reception? It's not really convenient to go back to reception to ask once you are in the room. In both hostels one had to put on and take off the sheets, duvet and pillow covers...which is OK if it saves money. Reception, kitchen areas felt very comfortable and people chilled there in the mornings, evening and afternoons. Breakfast seemed OK, i dint take it though because I wanted to have one in the city."

Great
GGuest UserThis was the most satisfying hotel among all the places I stayed in across four cities in three Eastern European countries. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with standard amenities for a star-rated hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also quite good; it's roughly a 20-minute walk to the main city center, and Belvedere Palace is just 6-8 minutes away on foot. I found the cleanliness, service, and overall environment to be excellent, and it offers outstanding value for money. However, if you prefer not to walk as much, you might consider staying closer to the city center. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserNice clean hotel, with excellant bed (firm), was the perfect location with most of the main sites within walking distance. Trams and metro all a few minutes from hotel if you are need to travel further out.
Did not eat at hotel as we thought the cost of adding breakfast was far too expensive @ 30 Euro each per day. However there are local cafes and resturants that all serve excellant food, pastries and gourmet coffee for far less than half the cost. Highley recommend eating out, save money and you will enjoy quality food and local experiance.
Hotel has wifi but on few occasion did not work, also the TV has Chromecast but could not connect. However these were minor issues as we were always out exploring this amazing city. would stay again.

Very Good
JjacobaileyFor a hotel that's 50 years old, it's surprisingly well-maintained.
**Pros:**
* It's clean and hygienic.
* The location is excellent, with most main attractions accessible within a 15-20 minute walk.
* A Sixt car rental office is conveniently located inside the hotel.
**Cons:**
* The room quality, by Chinese standards, is closer to a 4-star hotel, certainly not 5-star.
* While most of the staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were exceptionally arrogant and rude. For instance, when we arrived at 9 PM and inquired about parking at the front desk, a black-haired female staff member was incredibly dismissive and impatient 🙄.
* We also had to wait 20 minutes for our room key, as they claimed their system had crashed.
* I booked a king-size room via Ctrip, specifically requesting a quiet, high-floor room, but was assigned a ground-floor room with absolutely no view.
* Despite my booking, an additional 30 Euros was charged upon check-in.
* Hotels in Austria are generally reasonably priced, and for the same cost, I wouldn't recommend this one.
* The hotel was noticeably crowded with Indian guests.

JJulia1987Highly recommended hotel in the middle of the Danube - ideal for strolling and enjoying!
Direct connection to the subway and S-Bahn as well as to shops, restaurants and cafés/bars in Millennium City.

JJAY DOUGLASExcellent location across from the main train station, three minute walk to a city train stop that takes you to the center in five minutes. Comfy and environmentally sound room with all you need except AC and in-room coffee. Coffee and an excellent breakfast spread are available in the lobby along with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of shops nearby; you can get just about everything within three minutes.
XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
