"Overall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again."

"On a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!"

"The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The service is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is quite unique. However, the hygiene condition was disappointing. When I checked in, I found some hair on the bed and towels, and the carpet was not very clean either. I even stepped on a relatively large metal fragment on the floor. Another major drawback is that there is almost no proper desk or working space in the room. I had to use the bedside table as a temporary desk, which is quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or researchers who need to work on a laptop."

"The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you can reach various attractions by bus in 15-30 minutes. The hotel lobby has a strong design aesthetic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary, and there's an electric kettle. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities."

"Okay, this guesthouse was satisfactory, so I'll give it a good review! I'm happy with it. It's not my first time here; I chose it after comparing several places. Sometimes the prices are cheap, other times they're a bit high."

"The hotel was very nice, with a location near the train station, 5 min. away, it way quiet, there was no problem with the room, check-in, check-out, everything was great. We had a great time."

"First time living in a space capsule. There is adequate space inside and is generally clean. However, the power is inconsistent and the light often flickers inside the capsule. Also can get quite noisy if the capsule above/below you is occupied, there is practically no sound insulation. The location of the hostel is okay, as it is a 10-minute walk from Prater station."

"Great location, right opposite the train station, with a metro station nearby and convenient airport shuttle access. However, the overall establishment is old and run-down, with peeling paint and simple decor. There's no Wi-Fi signal in the room, nor a fridge – just a safe. It's actually worse than a Hanting Hotel. When I asked to switch to a room with Wi-Fi, the front desk refused, so I had to use the internet in the lobby. I'm genuinely surprised this is part of the InterContinental Group."

"Very satisfied with the price-quality ratio of the hotel. A new modern hotel in the modern district of Vienna, near the metro station (approximately 10 min by metro from the city centre), shopping centre is also nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. There is no fridge in the rooms, but you can ask reception to store your food. My room had a transparent door to the shower, and I don't know if it darkens (w/o any extra doors to the bathroom area)."

"The rooms look exactly like the pictures and while compact, was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Lighting was also great in the room and the only real issue was the water pressure seemed a bit low. Breakfast was also more than adequate for us, especially considering the price we paid. So we would highly recommend staying here. Its a bit of town but the price and value makes up for it."
