Guest UserAll in all very good. Stayed there before. This time tgere was no issue with the keycatds anymore. Only dislike the pricing going up from 50 to 70 within a month...i know season and publiv holidays etc. And also when i wanted to stay longer, i could, but i had to pay city tax a second time cause i had to make a new booking instead of extending the existing one.
But the stay itself was nice and comfy.
Supermarkeys, farmacy, restaurant and public transport right in front. Friendly staff.

William ASmartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you.

Anonymous UserThe front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We asked for hot water and they immediately gave us a brand new kettle.
Because we checked in quite late, the room we were given only had one bar of signal, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. Even mobile data was sometimes unusable because the signal was so bad. Plus, the bathroom door didn't have a lock; it seemed to be broken.
Since there were no other rooms available, we ended up having to stay in that room with the terrible signal.

ModouletianLocation: Super close to Vienna's main train station, just a 3-5 minute walk. Since it's not in the old town, the surrounding area is a bit average, but there are still a few restaurants. Plus, Vienna Main Station itself is a great spot for foodies.
Facilities: For a budget hotel, the facilities are decent. The room size is quite large for European standards, and the amenities feel relatively new. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – an automatic cheese slicer and a waffle maker are pretty high-end for a budget place, and the breakfast itself was good, perfect for those who enjoy a Western-style spread.
Service: The hotel service was quite good. The front desk even provided two glass cups, which were handy for drinking water and brushing teeth. They also offer luggage storage.
Overall: It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation. It's very close to Belvedere Palace and Schönbrunn Palace isn't too far either, making it ideal for travelers arriving or departing Vienna by train. However, if you're looking to experience the city's culture, staying in the old town would be a better choice.

Guest UserThe location is convenient, and the facilities are very comprehensive. The room is also clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Vienna. Having a kettle and tableware is great for longer stays. Self-check-in was easy to manage, just follow the instructions in the email.

Sekani 27The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. It’s close to bus stops and underground stations, making it ideal for getting around. Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily as well without having to request for it which was impressive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room.
There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like.
The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

FEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.

DongfangxiaobaliCCThe room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet. There's a subway-like public transport option for getting around. At this price point, it's definitely one of the cheapest options around. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for the night.
