Ttokotoko_It was close to the city center, and the accommodation was only a 4.5 minute walk from the tram, so it was a great place for sightseeing. In the photos it looked a little old and like a student dormitory, but when I actually entered the room, the facilities and sheets were clean, there were several outlets by the pillow, and the shower room had a step and a door between it and the toilet, so it was nice that the sink and toilet didn't get wet. In addition, the shared room had a full-fledged kitchen, free tea bags, apples, a refrigerator, etc., and there were two major supermarkets near the hotel, which were also recommended points.

SsoysamGreat location, right opposite the train station, with a metro station nearby and convenient airport shuttle access. However, the overall establishment is old and run-down, with peeling paint and simple decor. There's no Wi-Fi signal in the room, nor a fridge – just a safe. It's actually worse than a Hanting Hotel. When I asked to switch to a room with Wi-Fi, the front desk refused, so I had to use the internet in the lobby. I'm genuinely surprised this is part of the InterContinental Group.

HHewuqingfeng516This hotel is very close to Vienna's main train station. If you exit from the eastern entrance of the station, it's about a 100-meter walk. We planned to stay near the main station because we were taking a train to the airport shortly after, so we didn't really need to buy public transport tickets. The hotel environment is very clean, and the lobby on the ground floor is spacious. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and we arrived just before 3 PM and they checked us in. You can check in using the self-service machine or by handing your passport to the front desk staff for manual check-in. I chose manual check-in, as it was hassle-free. In Austria, there's a city tax for accommodation. Since the price we booked through Ctrip already included the city tax, we didn't have to pay anything extra upon check-in. Further inside is the breakfast area. I didn't want a Western-style breakfast, so I didn't pay extra for it (breakfast is 18 Euros per person, and children are a bit cheaper at 8.9 Euros). The room was very clean. We booked a 'design room,' and it was very spacious. We could open both our suitcases on the floor and still have plenty of room. Regarding the price, we paid 1665 RMB for two nights, which is about 200 Euros. For a hotel near the train station, this is quite good value for money. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the heating was sufficient, so no worries there. The only thing is about hot water: there's no kettle in the room. There's a self-service hot water dispenser in the lobby where you check in. I basically filled both my water cups every time I went, and you can adjust the temperature yourself (first long-press to unlock, then set the temperature and volume, and finally press start). During my stay, I didn't see many people using it. Maybe everyone bought bottled water. As it was winter, I needed warm water, so I went to get water every morning and evening, except when I was out. If the water ran out, you could tell the staff, and they would refill it – it's tap water that's instantly heated by the machine. We were two adults and one child (10 years old). When booking on Ctrip, you have to enter the child's age, so this hotel was recommended as suitable for families. However, younger children don't need to register their passports. The bed was large enough for us. The room was exactly as shown in the online pictures, so I won't upload any. I did upload a picture of the instructions for the water dispenser. Oh, and after check-in, Ctrip will send you an email with an English check-in voucher, so even if you have communication issues, you can just show the voucher to the staff.

GGuest UserHotel was great. Very spacious. Has everything you need. Location is quite far from city center (40min walk). But easily reachable within +- 5 minutes by metro so not a big deal at all. It being only a 7 minute walk from the central station also makes it a great option for early morning departures. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely highly recommend it for early departures or if a good surrounding environment is not a must. Notable Downsides: - No safe - No special amnenities like throwaway razors. - Only one towel each (4 nights)

LLinhlovestotravelThey only clean once in the duration we stay. The room was big but the curtain was bright and I couldn't sleep most night. The location was very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Hofburg station, 2 minutes walk to Museumquatier.

AAllenmenmenThere is free parking space, you need to pay at the front desk, 20 euros/day, parking space next to the hotel, 200 meters; close to it will automatically open, if you go out, ask the front desk for a small round coin. Hotel transportation is very convenient, the price is good, it is a very good choice, if you need a quiet room, you can tell the front desk, it is better to face the non-street in the court.

LLanaExcellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

DDongfangxiaobaliCCThe room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet. There's a subway-like public transport option for getting around. At this price point, it's definitely one of the cheapest options around. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for the night.
