Although I made a complaint, the hotel also made an opera I said it was a view, and I didn't say I wanted a high floor, so I said it was assigned like this. The opera view is covered with trees, but how is the opera view! ? And even if it's not a high floor, I thought it was good to see, so if I knew it, I would ask you to arrange a high floor. It almost ruined the anniversary. Please refer to those who want to see the opera view. The picture was taken in the room I stayed in.
And the shower room was clean, but the sewer smelled bad. Just closed the door, it didn't smell, so I went over, but please refer to those who use the shower room.

CCiqingdaAbsolutely surpassing the five-star luxury hotel, the price is excellent. The check-in experience was very good, sitting and handling, with a glass of sparkling wine. All staff are very warm and professional, the concierge service is practical, and the city and surrounding areas are detailed. It is impressive to have modern elevators and the old elevators that have been retained to date. The rooms are decorated in a modern luxury, the lighting control system is practical, and the toilet has a very dark switch for night use. There is a flat panel at the bedside to control lights, air conditioning, TV, order meals or request any supplies. The bed and pillows (with a long pillow menu) were the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. Room cleaning and turndown service was meticulous. The bathroom water pressure was very comfortable. A la carte breakfast was reasonably priced and the menu was rich and delicious. I also encountered problems such as Wi-Fi not being able to log in, door locks not being locked, so I can't say that there is no flaw. But the speed of solving the problem still makes me willing to believe that this is a rare phenomenon of bad luck. In addition, the biggest problem is the layout of the room, especially the bathroom area is too small, resulting in the floor mat to be laid, the door cannot be opened and closed, because the door gap will be stuck in the floor mat, which is too stupid for this grade of hotel. Because I booked the best room in a non-suite, it is possible that the bathroom with a suite will be larger to avoid this problem. Overall, if you like the decoration style here, I would still like to think that this is the first choice for Vienna accommodation.

MMalingshujinglingThe last stop of the German-Austrian trip was Vienna. In order to facilitate the city walk, I chose Rosewood in the city center. The service here is as thoughtful as always, but the key point is the excellent location, right next to Hermes, hahahaha, it is so convenient for shopping and eating! The hotel room is also spacious, but the view is limited!

The small suite I booked, the front desk said that you should wait a while, and there will be a suite with a balcony (although I later found that this balcony is nothing special). My husband waited until 5 o'clock to check in. Halfway in the lounge, he ordered a beer, and later said it was free. Asked my husband if he wanted other wine or snacks, all free, saying that we made you wait. It was said that an extra bed would cost about 1,000 yuan, but the hotel did not charge extra. In the end, they gave my child a lion in the hotel, which made me feel very happy. Because I was the last one to stay, I rushed back and kept thinking that I must give a good review, but I kept forgetting it and dragged it for more than a month.

GGuest UserThe antique and spacious room was impressive, and I loved the warm and cozy atmosphere. The hotelâs central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, take short breaks, or freshen up in between. Everything I needed was within easy reach, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly, and overall, it was a perfect experience. If I visit Vienna again, I will definitely choose this hotel!

GGuest UserI couldnât be happier during my three nights of stay at the Intercontinental Vienna. I was given an early check in upon arrival after a tiring long haul flight. The front desk staff was so warm and helpful, giving me all the tips to browse the city area. The location of the hotel couldnât be better as the Metro station is directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The breakfast was awesome with good quality food which fed me so well that I didnât need a meal for the day until later in the afternoon. I want to specially mention the nicest staff at its bar who not only provided excellent service but showed their warmth and care to their customers. During Xmas day, after my dinner at the bar, one of the staff kindly ran to the life to give me a plate of chocolate biscuits to wish me a merry Christmas. I was so touched and want to use here to express my thanks to them and to that particular staff. I wish I had his name ! Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay there and will not hesitate to come back if I ever visit Vienna. It is the most value for money place I have stayed.

YYILINThe location of the hotel is very good, basically walking from each scenic spot, very close to the subway station. The hotel is right next to the central cafe and the dining is super convenient! Not far from the hotel there is also a Bella supermarket, convenient life! It is the toilet sewer that runs slowly and is easy to block.
