AAnonymous UserI don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully.
It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do.
I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively close to the Golden Hall and within walking distance. Fruit and water are provided upon check-in. Fortunately, there was no queue when we arrived. Checking in takes some time. The overall feeling is very clean and the decoration is retro.

CCiqingdaThis hotel is a truly luxurious hotel, surpassing the five-star mark and offering excellent value. The check-in experience was wonderful, with a seated check-in and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and the concierge was helpful and informative about the city and surrounding areas. The hotel boasts both a modern elevator and an impressively preserved vintage elevator. The rooms are decorated with modern luxury, and the lighting control system is functional, including a darkened switch in the bathroom for nighttime use. A tablet at the bedside allows for control of the lights, air conditioning, and TV, as well as for ordering meals and requesting any amenities. The bed and pillows (a long pillow menu is available) are the most comfortable I've ever stayed in a hotel, bar none. Housekeeping and turndown service are impeccable. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent. The à la carte breakfast is reasonably priced, the menu is extensive, and it's delicious. I did encounter issues with the Wi-Fi and the door lock, so I can't say there were no flaws. However, the speed with which these issues were resolved makes me believe they were rare instances of bad luck. The biggest issue, however, was the room layout, especially the small bathroom area, which made it impossible to open or close the door with a floor mat, as it would get stuck in the gap—an absurdity for a hotel of this caliber. Since I booked the best non-suite room, it's possible that only the suite bathroom would be larger to avoid this problem. Overall, as long as you like the decor, I would still consider this a good choice for accommodation in Vienna.

LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

GGuest UserBeautiful new hotel, the hardware is great, the software is not so good. We chose to travel to Vienna before Christmas in the peak season, the price was more than 7,000 without breakfast. When we checked in, the white woman at the front desk arranged an accessible room without being informed. It was inconvenient in various ways. We asked to change the room, but they said there was no room. They also said that we got a large room for free, implying that I should be content. I asked Ctrip to help us deal with it, and the next day I packed my luggage and changed to a room that was said to be upgraded. When I left, I applied for a late check-out. Please arrange someone at the front desk to help me take the luggage, because there is a section of stairs to take the elevator downstairs, and my shoulders and waist were injured and I couldn’t exert too much force. As a result, the same white woman arranged it after we waited for 20 minutes and contacted three times. When we checked out and called a car to go to the train station, the train was one minute away from leaving, so we had to spend more than 300 euros to buy a new ticket to Prague. The train ticket we booked before was also invalid and could not be refunded due to timeout. I gave this white woman a tip when she took us to the room for the first time. Later, I asked Ctrip to help complain, and the hotel replied that I should arrange unpredictable delays reasonably in the future. I could only laugh. If I have the chance to go to Vienna again in the future, I will choose the reliable Mandarin Oriental. Mandarin Oriental Vienna opened 25 years ago. From the service point of view, whether in China or abroad, Mandarin Oriental's service has never disappointed me.

LLINGBINGThe service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

DdavidroseagainAbsolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble!
Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel.
The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day.
Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

GGuest UserVery convenient location, right behind the railway station, 15-20 min from the airport.
Spacious, clean rooms with all required amenities. Although there were no hygienic shower in the bathroom.
Exquisite breakfast with fresh and local produce. Helpful staff. One could ask for custom options during breakfast.
We had a very positive experience.
CChristopherLovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location.
It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, the desk person didn’t seem to have information about my prior payment or what I had booked (I did show him my receipt, which he accepted), but he first sent me to a tiny room with a single small twin bed. I had to go back to the desk and show him that I had paid for a larger room with either a double bed or two single beds. He then gave me a much larger room with a double bed, but 1) the booking itself should have shown that the room was prepaid in full, and 2) the booking should have shown him what kind of room I had booked, and 3) he should have looked at the receipt I showed him to confirm what room I had paid for. The whole check-in process was weird and being first sent to a very inferior room was annoying!
