Amazing
AAnonymous UserI don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully.
It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do.
I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

SSkyshanghaiSuper good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

MMarino FraninovicSome places you visit, and some places stay with you. The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is one of those places. Every detail, every smile, every moment here has a soul. And then… the kitchen. I was so blown away that I had to ask who was behind it all. That’s how I learned about Thomas and Lukas – the masterminds leading a team that creates pure culinary magic. I had to capture the moment because this wasn’t just a meal – it was a gastronomic journey that’s hard to describe and even harder to forget. If perfection exists, this must be it.

SSergeiA decent hotel with a great location. However, the room cleaning was subpar. More strikingly, there are 25 beehives on the hotel roof, and a massive swarm of bees had congregated on the terrace directly under a sun umbrella. When we requested the bees be removed from the terrace, it quickly became clear that the bees were prioritized over guests. They strung us along with promises for two days while supposedly dealing with them, and even after that, a significant number of bees continued to swarm on the terrace for quite some time. This whole situation was utterly unsatisfactory and left a very poor impression of the hotel's management. We will definitely be choosing a different hotel for our next stay.

CCiqingdaAbsolutely surpassing the five-star luxury hotel, the price is excellent. The check-in experience was very good, sitting and handling, with a glass of sparkling wine. All staff are very warm and professional, the concierge service is practical, and the city and surrounding areas are detailed. It is impressive to have modern elevators and the old elevators that have been retained to date. The rooms are decorated in a modern luxury, the lighting control system is practical, and the toilet has a very dark switch for night use. There is a flat panel at the bedside to control lights, air conditioning, TV, order meals or request any supplies. The bed and pillows (with a long pillow menu) were the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. Room cleaning and turndown service was meticulous. The bathroom water pressure was very comfortable. A la carte breakfast was reasonably priced and the menu was rich and delicious. I also encountered problems such as Wi-Fi not being able to log in, door locks not being locked, so I can't say that there is no flaw. But the speed of solving the problem still makes me willing to believe that this is a rare phenomenon of bad luck. In addition, the biggest problem is the layout of the room, especially the bathroom area is too small, resulting in the floor mat to be laid, the door cannot be opened and closed, because the door gap will be stuck in the floor mat, which is too stupid for this grade of hotel. Because I booked the best room in a non-suite, it is possible that the bathroom with a suite will be larger to avoid this problem. Overall, if you like the decoration style here, I would still like to think that this is the first choice for Vienna accommodation.

DdavidroseagainAbsolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble!
Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel.
The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day.
Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

EE2062****The environment is nothing special, it's a very small hotel. The rooftop restaurant is quite nice, and breakfast is served in an ala cart. There's no swimming pool, and the cleaning was just average. Most importantly, the doorman was a bit annoying; every time I entered, I could hear him speaking Chinese, muttering something under his breath, which was quite irritating. It felt a bit overpriced, but overall it was still a high-end hotel.

AAnonymous UserGreat location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

JJTSydneyBooked this hotel for 2 nights in Vienna. Location wise, it's not the most convenient. It is not within walking distance to either the main train station or the city center. The closest metro station is about a 5-7 minutes walk. It is predominantly a residential area but there are some good and cheap eateries near the metro station. The hotel is part of a sports club (hence the name Sportshotel). There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves great food at reasonable price. The hotel also has a sauna which is free for guests of the hotel to use but I haven't tried it.
The room itself is quite spacious with the usual amenities minus a kettle (so can't make coffee or tea in your room)! Not sure whether this is typical for all hotels but other hotels I've stayed in neighboring countries all have kettle. It is very clean with daily cleaning. It has a big window which gets quite a bit of sunlight and a safe to store valuables.
