"I don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this. We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully. It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do. I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary. Thank you so much for a wonderful time."

"The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But overall, we had a very delightful and comfortable stay."

"Absolutely surpassing the five-star luxury hotel, the price is excellent. The check-in experience was very good, sitting and handling, with a glass of sparkling wine. All staff are very warm and professional, the concierge service is practical, and the city and surrounding areas are detailed. The rooms are decorated in a modern luxury, the lighting control system is practical, and the toilet has a very dark switch for night use. Because I booked the best room in a non-suite, it is possible that the bathroom with a suite will be larger to avoid this problem. Overall, if you like the decoration style here, I would still like to think that this is the first choice for Vienna accommodation."

"For a hotel that's 50 years old, it's surprisingly well-maintained. **Pros:** * It's clean and hygienic. * The location is excellent, with most main attractions accessible within a 15-20 minute walk. * A Sixt car rental office is conveniently located inside the hotel. **Cons:** * The room quality, by Chinese standards, is closer to a 4-star hotel, certainly not 5-star. * While most of the staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were exceptionally arrogant and rude. For instance, when we arrived at 9 PM and inquired about parking at the front desk, a black-haired female staff member was incredibly dismissive and impatient 🙄. * We also had to wait 20 minutes for our room key, as they claimed their system had crashed. * I booked a king-size room via Ctrip, specifically requesting a quiet, high-floor room, but was assigned a ground-floor room with absolutely no view. * Despite my booking, an additional 30 Euros was charged upon check-in. * Hotels in Austria are generally reasonably priced, and for the same cost, I wouldn't recommend this one. * The hotel was noticeably crowded with Indian guests."

"The service and the room setting are good. Although they arrange the room that is the last room. They help me to pick luggage before checking in and after checking out! The bathroom is fine. But you need to get how to have a shower more easily. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is the best. Finally, the reception always helped me to charge my mobile phone and power bank batteries.
