"El hotel esta bien, lejos del centro pero muy bien comunicado con transporte publico. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero correctas. El unico problema es que se oye mucho el ruido de la callle y de otras habitaciones por la noche"

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from the airport line and a major metro interchange (U1, U3, U4 lines), just a short walk to the tram, and has a bus stop right outside. Getting to all the city's attractions is incredibly convenient, whether by metro or on foot. The room size is quite generous for a European hotel, and best of all, they offer free extra beds, making it perfect for families. The breakfast is a step up from your average continental fare. While the hotel facilities aren't luxurious, considering the unbeatable location and price, I highly recommend it!

PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis was my second time in Vienna in a month and a half. Knowing how convenient this hotel is and how much I enjoyed their breakfast from my first stay, I looked at almost no other hotel but booked to stay here. Because I didn't get enough of Vienna on the first visit, this time I stayed for the whole week. My room was facing the courtyard, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and no noise from the traffic (my previous room had a city view). Breakfast was as good as before. To my surprise, the Sri Lankan lady recognized me! That was a good feeling, knowing that someone remembered you. My check-in was done by Ayra (if I got her name right). She was lovely; I felt really welcomed by her, not only during check-in but at other times too. When she saw me, she greeted me and asked about my day. Out of the six nights' stay, I didn't get to dine in for breakfast on two mornings as I left early at 6 am to take a trip to Hallstatt and to Bratislava on another day. The staff were kind enough to suggest a takeaway breakfast set for me, which they provided on both days! The only thing I wished could have been better on this trip was how my room was made up while I was away. On two separate occasions, the bed didn't look like it was made up but rather just by folding the blanket and placing the pillows together. The bathroom too didn't feel like it was cleaned but just by replacing the towels. Nonetheless, I still like this hotel because of the comfort, the breakfast, and of course, the location, which is of utmost importance to me when I travel. It's barely a 5-minute walk to some of the most important places - Wien Hbf, Belvedere, U-Bahn line, and many more!
GGuest UserThe rooms are tiny but cozy. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great, but luckily, our neighbors were quiet. Good breakfast, and I absolutely loved the blender for making our own fruit and vegetable juices. The breakfast service was excellent, and the front desk staff were wonderful; they even left an anniversary gift in our room. The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral.

GGuest UserHotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.
WWeiweiyixiaohenshenrenPros:
1: Great location, directly opposite the Central Station. If you want to access it from inside the station, look for the revolving door behind Picture 1 to enter the Icon mall, then find the exit next to the store in Picture 2, and you'll be right across the street.
2: Friendly staff.
3: Although the breakfast selection is small, it's fresh and tasty, and the cereal is delicious.
4: The toiletries smell nice. You can ask the front desk for toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. However, they had run out of slippers and said housekeeping would bring them, but they never arrived even after more than an hour.
Cons:
1: Too few power outlets in the room; only a USB port by the bed, which charges very slowly.
2: No phone in the room, and no 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' signs.
3: The bathroom light and exhaust fan are integrated, and the fan is very loud.
4: Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Light sleepers should be cautious.
5: The most unbearable issue was the low water pressure on the 3rd floor. It took ages for my long hair to get wet, and the water was either cold or scalding hot.
LLambertlanboThe location seems a bit out of the way, but luckily, I'm used to long commutes in China. You need to take the light rail and then the subway to get downtown. The hotel service is decent; they lend universal adapters for free. The only catch is that you have to pay extra for a Danube River view from any room! European hotel rooms are all about the same size. There's a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for quick meals. Plus, there's a DM supermarket where you can buy daily necessities!
VVerified Member🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

AAnonymous UserGood location. Breakfast was good.
The room was clean, but on daily cleaning, only dustbin gets empty, not complete bathroom cleaning, which was a bit annoying. But overall, it was a good place to live. Issue was Internet connection in some rooms BUT the most important thing is very cooperative staff especially wialona ( I hope It's correct spelling) a young lady at check in and check out and on counter daily was very very help
GGuest UserFirst of all I had a trouble with the self checking and Adam was so nicely helped me. I appreciate his kindness a lot. Secondly we booked the room for 4 person and when we entered to the room it was not so clean an there was not complete covers for the bed and Blankers, pillows so 2 of us was not able to sleep at all. It was nearly in the morning when we arrived so every time when i called them Adam was reachable and he asked us to change the room which was too much fo us so we stayed in the room. It was our choice cause we had early morning meeting so it was ok to prepare and just leave.
The check out process was too quick the cleaning group came 10 minutes before and it was ok for us to leave directly.
Dear Adam, thank you so much for your kindness and for the hotel management I would say to pay attention to your cleaning group.
