The Sacher, the two most upscale hotels in Vienna, is because of Sissi and the cake, but the cake is really too sweet, while the Rosewood is definitely worth the money in terms of location, service and especially room facilities.

The staff was really friendly.

Best location to tourist attractions.

Rosewood doesn’t have much to comment on. The room types and facilities are already very good choices. It’s the same in all parts of the world, but I feel that the service in Vienna’s Rosewood may not be as satisfactory compared to other places. The doorman didn’t help when we left. We carry the luggage (on the premise that we will still tip). The location is still very good, next to the pedestrian street in the city center.

Beautiful spot. Very well run. Gregory the concierge was extremely good at his job but all others lovely too. Would stay again.
