Lovely hotel - we chose to upgrade to one of the opera view rooms and it was amongst the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The room itself was big, with a seating area as well as a king-sized bed, and there was a well stocked fridge with lots of luxorious extras which were complimentary - including bottles of wine which were re-stocked every day! We loved the view as there was always lots to see, but despite being in the centre of the tourist area it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Vienna. The only downside (which didn't really affect us) was that there was a very small reception area and no public areas to sit. Most of the places of interest in central Vienna were walking distance away so the position couldn't have been better.

Great location right across from the Albertina art gallery and the Opera House, great rooms, great staff, nice restaurant with outdoor pavement terrace. Not cheap but worth it. Main attractions like the Hofburg Palace and St Stephen's Cathedral 5-10 minutes walk away.

Great staff first and foremost, always smiling and happy to help, which sets the tone well for a relaxing vibe. Perfect central location to explore the city, with a good quality range of breakfast options to set you up for the day, and comfy beds to return to. The trees out front offer seclusion from the nearby bustle of Albertinaplatz, so it's easy to understand why the bakery is popular with locals and tourists alike. Nice touches to have some items in the mini bar as complementary and welcome treats in the room. The only note of improvement we'd make is in the bathroom. Space for toiletries and towels etc was limited, and we felt the tap design was a bit impractical (maybe a single mixer tap for the very hot and cold would work better), although the rainfall shower was great. Whilst we felt this worth mentioning, they are minor points in what was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Guesthouse for a long weekend. It was fantastic. First time to Vienna and couldn’t have picked a better hotel to be located from. The hotel is really stylish and modern. The staff were all great - especially reception who are really useful for local knowledge. Beds are so comfortable. The windows manage to block out pretty much all of the street noise (it is a city centre location). The hotel is spotlessly clean. Personally we found the breakfast arrangements a bit odd - having to itemise (and pay for) every single item down to a knob of butter - but that was just a bit quirky, not a problem.

Das schönste am Guesthouse ist, dass man wie zu Hause ist, aber keine Arbeit hat. Die hervorragenden Mitarbeiter sind immer die selben (was auch für das Haus spricht) und holen einem bei der Abreise nicht nur die vergessene gratis-Weinflasche aus der Minibar, die ich beim ausgezeichneten Abendessen nicht leeren konnte, vom Zimmer, sondern geben auch noch die zweite unangebrochene mit. Als Dermatologin schätze ich auch sehr die hochwertige Naturkosmetik. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Ich habe vergessen, den Naber-Hauskaffee zu kaufen. Muss ich wohl bald wieder kommen.

Excellent stylish boutique hotel in best location. Rooms large and very comfortable - bench window seat a real plus. Siting area also a real upside. Staff very good and genuinely helpful. Restaurant also great - had breakfast and lunch both excellent experiences in terms of food and service. Highly recommended.
