New Hotels in Vienna

"Nice room, extra clean, gives off a luxurious feel. We would appreciate more space for storing personal belongings (wardrobe) and hanging towels, a small kitchenette (coffee maker, tea/coffee) and . We were given a super comfortable bed and bowl for our dog to use. It would have been good if we had received 2 pairs of slippers since there were two of us (you only get 1 pair)."

"Honestly, something was stolen from my room. It was some small jewelry I bought on my first day in Vienna. Since the total value wasn't high, I put it with a pile of chocolates. A few days later, I noticed it was gone, about 100+ Euros in total. The hotel told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to put valuables in the safe. Unbelievable explanation, maybe it's a new hotel. I hope this is a rare occurrence, but I also want more people, including the hotel, to be aware."

"This was a truly satisfying stay during my time in Vienna. Overall, the facilities were neat, and the room felt almost brand new, so clean that I could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. In particular, the room's interior was immaculately maintained, which made me feel good from the moment I stepped in, and I thought it would be great for an extended stay. Most importantly, the location was excellent. A tram passes right in front of the accommodation, making transportation incredibly convenient. I frequently used public transport to get around the tourist attractions in Vienna, and being able to access the tram directly from the hotel meant there was almost no burden regarding travel. It was easy to get to major attractions, and after a full day of sightseeing, it was nice to return to the hotel without difficulty. The room generally felt newly built, and the furniture and facilities were neatly arranged. Above all, the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding and the room's interior were kept clean, and the bathroom and kitchen were also tidy, allowing for comfortable use. There were also facilities to prepare meals directly in the accommodation, which was great for making simple food during the trip. Vienna has many places to visit, so after a full day of exploring, it's important to rest comfortably at the accommodation. This place was clean and pleasant, making it great for relaxing after a trip. Considering the location, cleanliness, and overall room condition, it was a highly satisfactory accommodation. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while using public transport in Vienna. Especially, the fact that a tram runs right in front of the accommodation was a huge advantage, and the room was as clean as new, allowing for a pleasant stay throughout the trip. If I visit Vienna again, this is a place I'd want to stay at once more."

"We stayed 3 nights with our 2 years old girl and felt like home.Big and comfortable room, very good location in nice and safe area.We parked our car on the street free becouse we had luck to be weekend and holiday. So we are happy with our choice for hotel in Vienna.Next time we would definitely choose this hotel again."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for €1,800. I think the price is very high for the location and service. The room was cleaned only once during our entire stay. On the third day, we asked reception for it to be cleaned in the morning, but returned in the evening and the room hadn't been cleaned. The receptionist brought clean towels. Room 112 overlooks the courtyard, where guests continue to stroll and talk loudly after 11:00 PM. The courtyard lighting shines brightly into the window at night. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work (the tank wouldn't stop or fill), and the shower head didn't work properly. They fixed it within an hour, but these issues should be checked before a guest arrives. However, on our last day, we asked permission to check out the room an hour later and were told we'd have to pay €10. There were plenty of available rooms, though."
